The food is great during the day, not so great at night. During the day you get a delicious juicy burger. At night it resembles a rawhide. The sweet tea always taste old and sour.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the food I received from this location. Both Junior Cheeseburger Deluxes were served cold, which cannot be attributed to travel time as I live approximately four minutes away. Additionally, the fries were hard and seasoned with salt despite my request for no salt. It appeared that the staff attempted to re-fry the same batch to remove the salt rather than preparing a fresh order.
Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. This is the second time I have given this Wendy’s location another chance, and both times the food has arrived cold and stale-tasting. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, but when the same issues occur repeatedly, I feel it is important to share my experience.

Whoever works til closing really needs to stop being lazy. I spent $40 worth of food on uber eats for 2 baconators, baconator fries, 10 nuggets, and a cookie. Well I did not get no nuggets, no cookie, no baconators, or no sauce. They gave me 4 tiny burgers that felt like they just came out the fridge. Super cold and I mean cold not room temperature. Extra hard room temperature fries as well but no baconator fries. No sauce and the drinks are even wrong. It’s like whoever is closing just said “throw this in the bag we are closing in 30 mins anyways” oh and I forgot to mention I asked for the burgers plain. Meat only and this is what I get.

Worst JBC ever!! Stalebun, dry meat and old salad dressing!!! Window guy was not nice either!!! Asked for mayo, was told they don't have any, well there was a dab of it on that JBC, but glad they were out. It was old, and spoiled!!! Ordered a small fry, didn't get one packet of ketchup, but wouldn't have helped anyway, fries were cold... never again!!!!

This location has consistently served me refried fries when I ask for no salt fries. High BP prevents me from just getting regular fries, but I don't mind waiting on food, but only when it's edible. Someone needs to let them know that dipping cooked fries a second time doesn't burn away the salt, and makes fries soggy and burnt. Just drop new fries, y'all act like it's coming out of your paycheck... I'm having to wait on my order anyway, it should be worth it at least.. would you eat fries that's been dipped twice? Laziness. They should keep these bags year round with the way food quality has declined .

Wendy's i want y'all to know about one of the best managers yall have working on 377 hwy on watague his name is Jesu and he should be a store manager seen like he's the only manager that knows how to work everything, when you go in on his shift the food is hot and customer service is awesome. Wendy's jesu need his own store. Im giving him three thumbs up and I only have two thumbs 👍👍👍
