The people where great I just did not enjoy my food, I orders a 5pc combo of tenders and my tenders where very dark and hard. I order lemon pepper and Korean, lemon pepper should not be that dark. I wanted a refund but they would have closed before I made it back to the store.

I ordered Togo. I ordered the 5 tender combo large fry and drink. While I really like wings top, I ordered here because I am a local Doordasher. I've picked up here about 30 or 40 times. Nearly all the orders are incorrect. Usually not huge mistakes. The mistakes are usually no dipping sauce, or wrong size order fries. For me because I'm actually checking the accuracy of the order I did not attempt to make any corrections before heading home. The cashier gave me the wrong size drink. I ordered a large.... to his face. My fries were also supposed to be large. Fries are also not blanched. So this store is cooking these incorrect. Fries taste fine cooked regularly. Chicken tastes great. So the cooks know how to cook. They are just lazy. I really hope this location fixes itself.... the locals do not eat here. They order from a further wingstop instead.

Unfortunately, the hoodrat staff working that night repeatedly moved my order ticket to the back in order to prioritize Uber Eats orders.
If third-party delivery orders take precedence over in person customers, it would be helpful and more respectful to have a sign indicating that policy.

24 combo and we only got 23 drumsticks and 1 wing. Didn't ask or inform us beforehand of the combination of wings and gave us a unsatisfactory response when we called in describing our messed up order. We will complain to BBB.

Celeste answer the phone with a great attitude in a well timely fashion told me that my meal would take 20 minutes I arrived in and eight minutes while I waited gave me my drink immediately after I paid and give me the option to do a survey and get free fries so happy to have a establishment here in Haltom then going to the one in forward don’t like it at all. I used to drive to Noor and Hills to get my wings, so happy we got here in Haltom city

The absolute worst service in the world how are you about to take over three hours for an order. I ordered on door dash and the driver has been stuck there communicating how bad the service is at the location. I’m glad I’m not from around this area and have to deal with this trash service.
