I don't recommend watauga wingstop, because of bad service, i went there and they didn't give me my fries. Uh, the clerk from the store and the manager didn't respond to my request.

Order was supposed to be ready between 2:26PM-2:41PM. Arrived at 2:41 told employee name was told almost ready waited additional 12 mins only to find out my order had been ready since I arrived. Employee understood wrong name and if it hadn't been for uber driver asking for the order she thought was mine I still have waited longer. I asked her has my order been there this entire time she said yes and laughed which is what set me off the most.

got great wings very hot very fresh fries were amazing with the perfect crunch veggies were nice and fresh ranch was absolutely delicious I usually have some kind of complaint these days but this location has exceeded expectations and then some A+ SERVICE

Waited 40 minutes for a 24 PC that I had ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and when I opened our seasoned fries there was maybe some salt on it but other than that they were just cut potatoes, I had ordered food at 7:45 pm and didn't leave until 8:40

The people where great I just did not enjoy my food, I orders a 5pc combo of tenders and my tenders where very dark and hard. I order lemon pepper and Korean, lemon pepper should not be that dark. I wanted a refund but they would have closed before I made it back to the store.
I ordered Togo. I ordered the 5 tender combo large fry and drink. While I really like wings top, I ordered here because I am a local Doordasher. I've picked up here about 30 or 40 times. Nearly all the orders are incorrect. Usually not huge mistakes. The mistakes are usually no dipping sauce, or wrong size order fries. For me because I'm actually checking the accuracy of the order I did not attempt to make any corrections before heading home. The cashier gave me the wrong size drink. I ordered a large.... to his face. My fries were also supposed to be large. Fries are also not blanched. So this store is cooking these incorrect. Fries taste fine cooked regularly. Chicken tastes great. So the cooks know how to cook. They are just lazy. I really hope this location fixes itself.... the locals do not eat here. They order from a further wingstop instead.
