Braums has the best ice cream with lots of varieties. We usually stop in after dinner on date nite. Sometimes, it's hard to get a seat if you eat in because they get so busy.

Braums was an absolute sh!t show today. We've been here several times in times past and busy is an understatement. We get it and we are in no way Karen's. We walked in to order food first and stood at the counter for 5 or more minutes with the entire staff just walking by without acknowledgement. I finally asked someone if I had to step to the ice cream line to order food. No is the answer which I knew. A manager answered and finally acknowledged us and said he'd be right with us. Hey ya know if that was something he would have said in the beginning, then ok cool bc we can obviously see they're busy. Then our order takes forever. Ok we get it but when we go check. It's actually sitting on the counter for however long and they never called our number. We wait a few more minutes before stopping someone to ask, hey is this actually our order. They verified but it was incomplete. So our order sat there for however long getting cold and when addressed with the manager he apologized and then walked away. Um excuse me Sr, I wasn't done speaking to you. A tiny bit of acknowledgement would have gone a very long way. And why would you set my meal down and forget about it just letting it get cold. Also, I ordered the chicken strip and nuggets is what I received. Nothing like the pictures indicated. It was 4 half straps with no gravy and cold fries. Disappointed is also an understatement....
