It was super cold in there we asked to turn off the ac but they said no because they were hot running around! Every customer had thier sweaters on and couldn't eat comfortably due to being freezing cold in there!

Typical Bdubs atmosphere, the host was a young kid who obviously doesnt care for his job. The waiter was awesome. Friendly and did his job well..but what it killed it, the food made me and my family sick. Never going there again.

Date night with the husband. Sat in the bar area. Ordered our beer and appetizer. Had a rewards for free chips and salsa from the trivia. Never got to order food as we were told our server had to get her own drinks instead of the bartender. 20 minutes later she brought us another beer, still did not take our order. No one offered to help her, no manager around to check on the restaurant. 50 minutes later we just told her to bring us our check. Did not get our free chips from our rewards. Thanks for messing our date night up.

So I live close by. I have eaten here over 25 times. Never had the experience I did today. We had a party of 9. One was a hi chair. Waited 30 minutes for a table. I’m good with that usually it takes an hour. But after we were seated our waitress Kaitlyn was inattentive. She took our order and that was it. We never got our hi chair. I went and found one myself. My nephew never got his kids water. Finally after 20 minutes I asked the lady cleaning tables to go get our waitress. Our food was cold. Which means she let it set forever before she brought it. She came by once after the water incident. We were all done eating by that point. I felt sorry for her and left a 5$ tip. She needs to do better.

Excellent service, late night dinner hit the spot.
I don't typically go for Buffalo Wild Wings because of previous bad experiences in NC. It was late night and I hadn't eaten in 24 hours. My choices were Waffles House or this. I was pleasantly surprised. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. This place may have changed my mind.

I usually have a good time and this time my server was not attentive at all. She had some friends show up and spent 1/2 an hour talking to them. Not only that when I finally got my food my order was wrong. I had to wait another 1/2 hour for them to remake it. You guys come on I know yall can do better. I will be back but I will not have the same server.
