I ordered a #5 gizzard combo with Mac and cheese and sweet tea. The gentleman that took my order snickered when I placed it but I didn’t think anything of it. I got to the window and they gave me cold gizzards. I told the cashier the food was cold and she asked me did I want her to tell them. I said yes and she walked away from the window to tell them. The gentleman came to the window and asked me what was wrong, I explained that the gizzards were cold. He offered me tenders and chicken on the bone (none of which I eat) because it was too late to cook gizzards (he could have said that when I ordered). I am supposed to be receiving a refund in 3 to 5 days. Communication is key and customer service is the necessary.

I ordered around 10 of the Mega meals (400 tenders) and tons of sides/tea to feed all our employees. The staff at ChEx jumped into action and in about 1 1/2 hours they had the orders ready, packed and hand delivered to my vehicle. Great Job Weatherford Chicken Express!! Our employees really enjoyed this simple but delicious meal. Say what you want about chicken express. It’s consistent and pretty good food and their staff is always helpful.

Ordered #1. Tenders were cold, fries weren’t even the slightest bit warm and seemed old, biscuit was so soggy I barely ate one tender and threw everything else away. Kinda want my money back. Sweet tea is always good, would still pay for that

I was yelled at when I tried to order through the drive thru and was rude when I pulled up to pick up food. This isn't the place for me. Plus, there is SO Much hard breading it's hard to get to what chicken is inside.
