I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for restaurants because I realize how important it is for reviews, but my experience here was just absolutely awful. Last time I was here a month ago I had a great time our waiter was very nice and funny and made sure everything was good, and the food was good ! This time it unfortunately was not. As I sit in the parking lot writing this message I genuinely feel sick to my stomach. Our waitress acted like she could care less just because me and my wife seemed to look young. The food was absolutely disgusting. The cheese looked nasty and tasted like rubber and the chicken seemed so undercooked. I’m not sure if there was a new cook today or what but whoever cooked this food, very clearly should never cook period. This has ruined my entire experience with Chilis and I will never come back to this location. I may have just got a bad server or a bad cook because last time it was great. The host was even very sweet and nice when we entered in, but the waitress was a bar tender that couldn’t care less about our table and as a customer I feel very disrespected. If I could personally reach out to the General Manager I would.

I came here a few weeks ago with my husband and some friends of ours. We got sat almost immediately but I could tell there was alot of stressful attitudes being expressed. The first thing was it took about 10 minutes for the server to come and take our drink orders. Once we got our drinks it took her another 15-20 minutes to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered the Nashville Hot Mozerella sticks and we asked her to put the appitizer in before our food. We waited almost 40 minutes alone to get just to appitizer and we had to ask her where the food was. Once our food got here, things were looking good but I noticed they put the smallest amount of avocado on my burger. Like it wasn't even enough to taste it, and my friend got a half order of cheese fries with her food and they got mad when we told them about the food being wrong. I asked for a side of avocado and they took longer to get her fries corrected. To be honest, we saw our server a handful and it was someone else mostly.

Don't sit in the bar area unless you want to be ignored by bartender with the bajoran nose ring. Sat down at 5:40pm, food came out quickly, waitress shooting the breeze with other waitresses, standing around in the bar area, ran away to the kitchen for 20 minutes on her phone. Plenty of eye contact made and still never got her attention. It's not my job to make sure she does her job.
Come to Chili's every few days after work every week. Probably not after this experience.
Waitress never once came back to check on us after taking our order, food runner delivered the food, I drank my drink and never was offered to refill my drink.
Surprised I even come back here after getting rid of chili at Chili's. Moronic move.
Girlfriend wanted to use her birthday dessert coupon but since the waitress never came back we didn't do that.
Told female manager what happened at the end of our visit and she didn't sympathize with the situation just got me a box and to go drink and my girlfriend was about to ask for something and manager walked off so we just ended up leaving instead of getting what she needed.

Called ahead for a table and was told it would be ready, at most would have to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready once we arrive. upon arrive the host informed us it would be an additional 20 minutes. (even though we could see several tables available) I questioned the statement since i called ahead and made reservations and the host just gave me and my family a rude look. we went somewhere else.
