This review is directed specifically at whoever worked the mobile order station at closing time on 1/6/26.
Both my burrito and my bowl were embarrassingly small. Not “a little light.” Not debatable. Objectively unacceptable portions that never should have left the line.
If these portions had been placed in front of me at the counter, I would have immediately refused them and asked for them to be remade. The only reason this made it out the door is because it was a mobile order — and that says everything.
I am not a heavy eater, I do not complain about portions, and I do not leave reviews lightly. Receiving two separate items that were both this undersized removes any excuse of error. This was either complete negligence or a deliberate decision to short a customer who wasn’t standing there to see it happen.
Whoever was responsible for mobile orders during this shift should not be working that station until they understand what an acceptable portion actually is. This reflects poorly on the store and on Chipotle as a whole.

Quality varies a little but it hasn't been bad. Service is usually great and fast. Its a loud atmosphere with the unfinished modern look that echos. Hate that about the chain.

Theres about a teaspoon full of chicken in these tacos. They gave the queso, but forgot the overpriced chips. Inconsistant and stole my money.

Give the girl on tortilla some makeline training (maybe her name is Kennedy?). You dont make soft tacos in the bowl folded up like tacos, you do it flat on the piece of paper. Due to this, every ingredient was not a full spoonful and so I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE MINIMUM STANDARD (and thusly get the rolling eye treatment just for asking for what I pay for). This pisses me off and make me no longer want to visit chipotle (and I'm a regular).

The man who took my order they had to call over to do his job, I believe Michael and he wouldn’t slow down to hear anything I said even though I was the only customer in the building. Was very very rude and was very reluctant and giving me more rice cheese and beans which is a first.

They ran me through the line was I was a burden, and the man who helped me (Michael) was very very rude and when I asked for more rice he told me I was fine… the rice didn’t cover the bottom of the bowl. He needs to be dealt with asap

I have tried this chipotle location multiple times over the past two years because it’s the closest to me. I have yet to have a good experience. I went this afternoon and the young man who made my order had a terrible attitude. Every table was dirty and the floor was dirty. There was no ice in the drink machine. I informed the employees that there was no ice and they did nothing about it. The entire time I was there eating, they never filled the ice machine. And worse than that, they continued giving cups to a dozen customers after me without giving them ice and each time the customer had to walk back up to the front to ask for ice. I feel like it is the common sense to just fill up the cups with ice from the drive through ice machine for each customer before giving it to them until you have time to fill up the lobby. The guacamole had very large pieces of onion in it and peel from the avocado. For how expensive the entrees have gotten at chipotle, don’t waste your money at this location. Drive the extra distance to a different location.
