Everything tasted great. The brisket was too tender. It was most likely boiled before smoking. Hot sausage was cooked good and , tasty. Also bought a breakfast borito and a lunch bonito.

My review is based on a Home Town BBQ or (hole-in-the-wall) which is an inconspicuous small restaurant. First impressions of the place and location it doesn't blow u away as a fancy or city style place. But I come from a very small country town so seeing this was like seeing a restaurant that would be in a small town. Once I got my chopped brisket sandwich and fries the fries look a little sad to me I tried the brisket first and it has a bit of spice to it without bbq sauce....
