How sad, staff is unfriendly. I bought a sweet tea and said that it was gross and the lady with stars all over her head said you will have to buy another drink. Also, you need to pull the Frito pie is horrible…. How do you mess that up in Texas?!? We will not be back, I hope that your business model works.

These people will dip an ice cream cone in chocolate for you.

They need to update hours. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they were already closed. The time online says 10:00pm.

Massive confusion, do not communicate, very rude!
First , let me say that it was peak lunch time and the person in front of us literally ordered for 20 people - I will give them that grace - however, the customer service is not good here regardless of how busy or not busy they are - I have only had ONE good experience at this location and that was a long while ago. Back to today - we ordered the chicken strip basket with fires & extra gravy, a dude sandwich, a hunger buster, and 2 small fries - to go. Did not get the extra gravy or ANY OF THE FRIES. The chicken strips were chicken chunks - only ONE actual full “strip”. Didn’t have time to check the bag before I left the location and I live in Springtown - BUT, do better Dairy Queen. Hire people that actually want to do their job.

Food is usually fine. Make up their own hours, though. Never know when they’ll actually be open

I am now boycotting all DQs. The children working there couldn't be bothered to get my order right and wouldn't compensate me for the trouble. These immature employees shouldn't be working at DQ

I love these classic Dairy Queen buildings. My Granny took me to one of these where you could park under the front of the building when I was little and now it's special to take my kids. A lot of towns are tearing these down and replacing them with the new corporate style building that doesn't have the iconic DQ look and I think that's a mistake.
For me DQ is like an old friend, as a Texas Veteran I grew up with them around then when I joined up I discovered that a lot of bases had them and there was even one in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan.
That's why these classic places need to be preserved.

I happen to be in Weatherford and it was time for lunch. I pulled into this Dairy Queen in the drive-through and what a treat. This particular one has probably been at this location for decades. It had the feel of a Dairy Queen of old. Classic, historic, and a simpler time. The new more modern Dairy Queen’s are certainly nice, but this was a treat. I felt like I was back in the 1970s or 1980s. It’s great to see this one holding onto its classic charm.

AWFUL! Took my order wrong, charged me for the wrong thing when I went back to ask I was told they “Don’t have chocolate ice cream” when I ordered chocolate ice cream. Why was I not told that when I ordered it.

I was walking up to the door at 8:52 because the line was wrapped around the parking lot, very common there. And the 2 lady’s in front of me grabbed the door and it was locked. The manager came to the door and told them the dine in closed at 9. They had family inside so he let them in. He did not let me in. I asked why because it was only 8:52 and he told me… go to Whataburger. What a great establishment!!!
Come on y'all. I know you can do better
