The food here is so fresh. I ordered a Hamburger with Bacon, and every bite was mouth watering. The meat had that wonderful flame broiled flavor and the bacon and vegetables were filled with flavor. The fries where cooked to perfection! My friend ordered the 3 Tacos but they were so loaded she could only eat 2. Very impressed by that, as she has a large appetite! The Customer Service was 10 Stars, andsomething I haven't experienced from a fast food Restaurant in a very long time. You won't be disappointed with this Dairy Queen in Weatherford.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I was under the impression that this location closed at 10 PM. We went at 8:45 to order food. The male at the drive-through was extremely rude and was cussing to where we could hear him. He was very rude as he was taking our order, the website said 10 PM but regardless, there’s no need to speak like that two customers, especially when they are able to hear you. Whoever was working the drive-through Wednesday night Needs to be retrained and their customer service

The guy that took our order was super nice and helpful! The hamburger and fries were really good. We will definitely be back!
I visited here today, and ordered fritos chili pie, and it was cold, also ordered Nachos with the jalapeños on them. The Nachos was just chips, a small container of cheese sauce, which was cold as well, and a little container of jalapeños. They evidently don't poor the cheese on the chips nor put the jalapeños on it either. When I brought it back up to the counter and asked the employee why they didn't put the cheese and jalapeños on the chips like the photo on the menu board, he said I don't know let me get the manager. The manager came to the counter and I asked why they didn't fix them like the photo on the menu board and he stated we don't put cheese on the chips nor the jalapeños on it either. I said this is cheese dip and chips not Nachos with jalapeños... he said that's the way they always make them and he wasn't making them the other way... He refused to refund my money for them and evidently he is the General manager of this place.... very poor standards are set at this establishment... I informed him I would be leaving a Google review and he said he didn't care..... if I could give this place a -5 star I would... just lost a customer

How sad, staff is unfriendly. I bought a sweet tea and said that it was gross and the lady with stars all over her head said you will have to buy another drink. Also, you need to pull the Frito pie is horrible…. How do you mess that up in Texas?!? We will not be back, I hope that your business model works.

These people will dip an ice cream cone in chocolate for you.
Best Tacos
They need to update hours. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they were already closed. The time online says 10:00pm.

Massive confusion, do not communicate, very rude!
First , let me say that it was peak lunch time and the person in front of us literally ordered for 20 people - I will give them that grace - however, the customer service is not good here regardless of how busy or not busy they are - I have only had ONE good experience at this location and that was a long while ago. Back to today - we ordered the chicken strip basket with fires & extra gravy, a dude sandwich, a hunger buster, and 2 small fries - to go. Did not get the extra gravy or ANY OF THE FRIES. The chicken strips were chicken chunks - only ONE actual full “strip”. Didn’t have time to check the bag before I left the location and I live in Springtown - BUT, do better Dairy Queen. Hire people that actually want to do their job.

Food is usually fine. Make up their own hours, though. Never know when they’ll actually be open

I am now boycotting all DQs. The children working there couldn't be bothered to get my order right and wouldn't compensate me for the trouble. These immature employees shouldn't be working at DQ
