I was really excited when I heard that their truck would be in our neighborhood. I was extremely disappointed. Falafel was dry. Pita tasted stale. The beef shawarma was mediocre at best. Everything was just very bland.

Stopped by today for lunch. Found them behind the brewery at Hudson Oaks. It was worth the drive over!We had the Beef Schwarma and Kafta platter. Both came with rice, hummus, and salad (more like a slaw but very bright n tasty). We also ordered sides of tabouleh and baba ghanouj. Honestly, the Baba was a bit citrusy for my tastes but was still good. Everything else was excellent and full of surprises. For example, the Schwarma had a definite cinnamon note to it and the hummus featured mint rather than dill like I normally find at Greek places. The prices were well within range of what you might hope for, service was quick and the food was bright and fresh.Levantine food in Weatherford TX. What the what?!?!I'll definitely make the hour+ drive again.Oh...btw...try the deserts. If she has one or offers one...just say yes...period!!!

I had the beef shawarma at a car show and IT WAS THE BEST! I have never had Lebanese food before and the owner was fantastic! She let me try different meats and they were all incredible! I wish there was a restaurant or I knew where the truck was parked daily because I could eat everything on the menu! Wish I could give it 100 stars!

We invited Daniebelle's to serve our staff & public in our parking lot at work. Danielle is extremely responsive and a great communicator. She showed up on time and it was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to meet her and her 85yr old Mom! They are so sweet and passionate about feeding you & sharing authentic Lebanese food and culture with you. I really enjoyed talking to them! The food is served quickly. I got the chicken platter, grape leaves, baba ganousch [heavy on smoke flavor but I personally prefer that] baklava & mango juice. The chicken, garlic yogurt & rice were especially outstanding- I have the other half for leftovers! The pickled veggies were a bright and tasty addition to the platter. The grape leaves & mango juice were delicious! The baklava is from Lebanon & unlike any other I've had- not too sweet or sticky- the perfect bite! You should definitely try Danibelle's and invite them to your work or neighborhood. You can taste the love in their fresh food; it will make your day better. I'm looking forward to having them back soon so I can try more of their food!

Danielle is the heart of this food truck. Well, her and her mom. It's like eating at a lovely family friend's house. It felt like she invited us over for dinner and chatted us up until it was time to eat. Danibelle's has come to our neighborhood 4 times now and she is so adored! Her food is 100% homemade and filled with love. You can tell in the presentation of the food. I liked how she halved my falafel so it soaked in the sauce. I ordered the falafel plate $12 and the kafta plate $12.50. She was kind enough to offer a sample of each beef and chicken shawarma. Both were delicious, moist, and without any fatty bits! I really enjoyed the acidity in the beef shawarma. The pickled veggies were a layer of brightness in what could be a heavy dish. Danibelle's really gives you a generous serving of food and I had plenty leftover for lunch. Speaking of leftovers, there were none of the baklava ($6.50). I have never had baklava quite like it. Cute little rolls dusted with pistachios. Also, it wasn't coated in heavy sugar; it was sweet, but the focus was on the pistachio flavor along with the crisp, flaky layers of pastry. If my husband wasn't eyeing the last 3 in the container, I would've finished them myself. I'm going to say it. It was the best baklava I've ever had. Danielle, I know you don't read these reviews, but if you ever do, please know that you made this yelper and our entire neighborhood very happy. The food is just as delightful as your company. P.s. Danielle is a ray of sunshine. When you order her food, talk to her. She will make your day bright. :) P.p.s. next time I want to try the mango juice.

Tried their chicken and beef shawarma plates. Both were disappointing. Their meats are cooked using either a slow cooker or a pressure cooker with some seasoning mixed in. This is not how Lebanese make their shawarma. Instead, a proper shawarma meat is roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.

Wanted to support them in the neighborhood - friendly service. Ordered ribeye Sharwarna sandwich and baklava Sandwich was soggy, very little beef that tasted like it was boiled - no spices. Baklava came in a small Bowl about 7 very small pieces. Overall very pricey for the quantities. Sorry!

Best Lebanese food! Brings culture to Weatherford and polite service! Everything we had was delicious. There is nothing you wont like here.

Tried the chicken shawarma last night. First time trying Lebanese food. Amazing! The chicken had a perfect flavorful Spicy kick to it. Just spicy enough where it's delicious without making you sweat and unenjoyable. They also did a great job accommodating my gluten free diet as the shawarma is usually served in pita. Would definitely visit this truck again.

This food truck was pretty disappointing. The falafel was dense and mealy like it was prepared the day before. It wasn't even warm. The pita was okay. Pickled veg pretty good. Chicken shwarma uninspiring. Best thing was the hummus. $50 for three sub-par sandwiches and some hummus. Hard pass.

Falafel was not fresh, there were 2 hairs in it. Can of coke tasted like it was in a hot truck for months. Hummus was good, but pita chips were fries Syrian bread and fell apart when trying to dip

I always go to Danibelle's when the food truck is around! Fresh food and friendly faces! I always get the tabouli and switch between the lentil soup and stuffed grape leaves. She always gives a sample of something, too!

This truck has not only delicious Lebanese fare but wonderful service. I was able to sample the chicken and kafta. Both tasted flavorful and I went with the kafta sandwich. For dessert I had the decadent creme brûlée cheesecake! I recommend this truck and will definitely be coming back to try other menu items.
