We had the beef fajitas and they were amazing I as a chef many years no good food when I taste it but beyond the food was the quality of service you couldn't ask for better experience manager Dylan was more than accommodating and helpful as well as the crew we really enjoyed everybody from start to the finish of the meal including the goodbye at the end. I would highly recommend the El Fenix of Weatherford to anybody including my own mother.Wheelchair accessibility: There's more than enough room for handicapped person to get in and out easily which is very very wonderful in this day and age.

We were out of town for a family event and we decided to stop by El Fenix in Weatherford, everyone there was so kind and the food was very tasty the Texas spicy margarita was so delicious, will definitely be coming back.

Called in a order and it turned out to be a Doordash storefront. Immediately called restaurant to cancel and they would not. Got charged 20 for a bag of chips and hot sauce. The store will not answer my calls now. Very poor customer service and very sad to lose a customer over a few bucks.

There were 5 of us and we got seated immediately. The waitress was very attentive, nice and efficient. All the food was fresh, correct and very good.
Overall we had a good experience customer service was extremely slow the restaurant was not very busy at the time either.However we both ordered the El Jefe and the food was fantastic.Unfortunately we had to wait about 40 minutes to have lunch.Please also note that this is a 100% gun free facility.No one is allowed to have a firearm inside, according to the hostess they do not even want law enforcement inside with a firearm, I personally think that's a little ridiculous.

I love El Fenix and will probably always be a patron, but today was not good! I called in an order and asked for Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Soft Cheese Taco Dinner with double rice. My daughter picked up the food and brought it home only to find they gave her puffy tacos. This would not be an issue if she wasn’t a pescatarian. So rather than eating her lunch, she sat there and had chips and guacamole. The food was barely warm, and the shells on the puffy tacos were chewy. There were no tortilla strips with the soup either. Today was one of the few times I was sadly disappointed!
