I found out the hard way that I’m not a meatball fan, but the sandwich was great and I continued eating it even though I didn’t like the meatballs. The meatballs were tasty and the whole sandwich was great. We also ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which was amazing as well. Definitely have a new favorite sandwich place.

Would not recommend for quality of delivery as well as poor customer service. For the third time our family tried to order firehouse through a delivery service and this store has forgotten several items from our meal. This time, they forgot all of our chips in the bag sealed by firehouse ensuring it was “checked twice”. When contacting the store we were told to deal with it, and there was nothing they could do even though they admitted it was their fault, not the delivery service. This review is a hope to get some attention to fix an issue that should be very easily prevented.

I e been going to this firehouse subs for 4 years now and they have not once been a disappointment! The sandwich is always ready when I arrive and nicely prepared! If I had anything negative to say it would be I order no pickle and it's kinda a hit and miss with that? No biggie I just consider it a waste of money for me to receive it and just have to throw it away! But at least it's on the outside of the wrapper and doesn't touch my sandwich! To me restaurants are struggling with costs rising higher each year. I think every penny they could save will add up to a good savings for the company! I also wish they did curbside for the disabled and mobility challenged people!I know it's a hassle but I believe they would increase their sales. Just look at all the grocery stores now! They are busy inside and curbside!I talked to a employee at curbside when I went to pick up my groceries and he said they had over 150 curbside orders place almost every day!Well got off track! This firehouse is clean and their food is always good and fresh gotta love that bread!

Terrible sandwich way to expensive very little meat flooded with sauce used to be good but not anymore . The staff is still super friendly it's not their fault. The pickles are even terrible now.
