Very disappointed in my shaved ice tonight. I ordered half cherry half blackberry mixed with sweetened condensed milk all the way through and on top. After the initial few bites, there was white Sno throughout, barely tasted any blackberry syrup and there were multiple chunks. For the extra cost and the fact that I tipped $2, VERY, VERY disappointed with the product I was given?

This has always been our favorite snow cone place until recently. We stopped in after a hot football game. 2 of our 3 ordered items were barely flavored. There was literally white ice in the middle of them we had to go back and ask for more because eating plain ice isn't appetizing when you're looking to eat a sweet snow cone.

There is no shortage of disrespectful employees. Wad told "next time, listen when we ask if this is what you ordered" when they wrang it up incorrectly. When you order something that has a cheesecake piece and you leave it out, don't be shocked when I tell you there is no cheesecake piece in it and want it added, especially when you say "I forgot to ring it up that way."

I have zero complaints about the snow cones here! My favorite is "the wedgie" and I love the fact that they have the King Kong size, although I could never finish that by myself. Best place for snow cones in weatherford!

Not your typical snow cone. Very unique flavor combinations with unique ingredients (I've never seen cream in shaved ice, but it works!). Also fun and "funky" atmosphere. Not easy to find, but worth the effort!

Poor customer service. Ordered 2 snow cones. Wrong flavor was brought to us after we had paid. We’re then told we would have to purchase another snow cone to get the right flavor and we’re not even given the snow cone we paid for.Won’t be back.
