Latisha was awsome she was really helpful with the fact that I’m am very adhd and people tend to have hard time understanding me and she was great I will prefer this location. also last weekend my wife left her wallet up here and when we came back to get it, it was here the way she left it. very honest and truthful staff!

So my wife and I discovered Fuzzys a couple of months back and fell in love with their food never had complaints, no nothing.
However, recently, in my last three trips, something, in some way is getting messed up. And it's the young man, bout early 20s, bearded, who keeps messing it up. Tonight, i order multiple tacos for my wife, only received half of what I ordered for her. Time before that, my entire order was to go and was rung up for in store. Mind you, I tipped everytime.
Like, does this guy just not pay attention? Because if I am having this issue with him, then what does that say about other customer interactions with him? And before anyone says anything, I myself am a manager in the food business. This a clear lack of either incompetence or not caring. Either way, it is clear that additional training with this cashier is needed.

It's a typical chain restaurant. This one is just as good as the other ones. Nothing to special about the food or service. It a decent place to meet your buddy's and have a drink or two and have a bite to eat.
I got the stake tacos there ok. And my spouse got the shrimp tacos and there ok as well.

Great Tex-mex food but the cashier tanked their star rating. She barked “what” at my wife 3 times because she couldn’t hear her. There is a much more customer friendly way of asking some to speak up or repeat themselves if you cannot hear them (such as, “sorry I couldn’t hear you” or “can you speak louder, I couldn’t hear you”). Then she made my drink wrong. After that she was less than friendly to the next customers. Then she started stacking the chairs on the tables around us to close the dining room at 920pm. They didn’t close until 10pm. Good food, friendly kitchen staff but one bad attitude from the first person a customer sees can make the whole experience unpleasant.
Celebrated National Taco day by ordering 4 different kinds of tacos, chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas. The tacos as usual, were great! Butt burning habanero sauce made them even better!! Fuzzys Rocks!!

I usually have no issues with take out but tonight was a different story. My daughter and I decided to call in fajitas and a Hamburger quesadilla. Got home to find out they forgot the Hamburger on the quesadilla. Just cheese. So we called and requested the correct order. Went back and picked it up and the girl handed it over gave us a dirty look and whipped the bag out to hand over. Came home and opened my fajitas to find there is no side up guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Just meat and tortillas. I called back and let them know and was told rudely that they were busy. They weren't busy when I called my order in. Seems customer service is going down hill when you get half your take out order you paid for and unprofessional customer service. Maybe next will be a better experience....

Addi, my waiter, was absolutely fantastic! She was funny, so very nice, and genuinely pleased to be of service! The way she helped my table and others was truly remarkable. I ask for her every time I go in, and is never disappointed when she’s there!
