Ginza Japanese Cuisine

This was a craving-driven take-out order my husband picked up for me. I ordered the Tempura Soho and the Dynamite rolls.
Let me tell you; this is everything you need. Texture and flavor are POW. So pow. Incredible. The two rolls for 28 whopping bucks however so I knocked off one star for how stupid expensive that is .. but worth it since I couldn't make this dish myself..but then I added the star back because it was so incredibly good. I liked the Dynamite Roll over the Soho, but both good. I definitely recommend the Dynamite Roll and I'll be ordering again. My only regret is that my belly could not fit more food in there. 🫣
Cannot comment on service or anything. I just know the food was ready when my husband picked it up and the tempura was still warm and crunchy. The Dynamite Roll is appropriately named since the flavors explode in the mouth. I posted the little take-out menu for everyone to look at. Hope this was helpful! 👍🏼

Service was great but the food not so much. Had the hibachi and the onion soup was super salty, rice tasted like it was either old or from a box, meat was covered in a sauce that tasted like simple bottled teriyaki sauce. Low quality meat, shrimp, and sashimi. Paid over $100, and left half the plate even though I was starving. Perhaps dinner is not the time to go???

Typing from my boyfriend's phone. Made him I'll and he threw up twice within 45 minutes of eating here. He called and they said there's nothing wrong with the food. Will not be coming back here to say the least.

Ginza has new management and ownership. But the service is still good. The menu has been paired down to focus on Japanese cuisine and it has been good. All the items I have had have been excellent. A worthy contender for sushi in town.

Date night and we heard a lot about Ginza Japanese Cuisine. So happy we went there.
We had egg rolls and our meal started with onion soup..very delicious.
I had the Hibachi Scallops with fried rice.
Hubby had the Hibachi Chicken with fried rice. We finished with Tempura Cheese Cake. You need to try it.
Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

This used to be a regular spot for us. Since the last time we came Peter and Dana sold the place (we didn't know). The food isn't nearly as good, the menu is completely different. Much more chain now, lower bracket of dining. It's not the same quality place but they kept the name. The food is average compared to other sushi places. If you like your sauces on the side be sure to tell them, they drown their rolls even in sweet and sour sauce.

The food was great and service was wonderful. The portion sizes are huge too. I highly recommend this if you are craving Japanese food. You won’t be disappointed!

Had dinner here yesterday to celebrate a family birthday. We had a large party and they were very accommodating. Most of the family went for the various sushi options and were very happy with their meals. I had the stir-fried noodles which were delicious and loaded with meat. Definitely recommend trying the shumai appetizer which has a shrimp filling. Very tasty! The prices were very reasonable and portions very generous. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend.

Some of the best Sushi I've ever had. In the heart of Weatherford, TX, Ginza Japanese Cuisine is the best. I had the California Roll, Philadelphia Roll and some Spicy Edamame, exquisite! My waitress was Nicole, great at her job. You should try it!

Parking: Plenty of spaces located next to the restaurant.

Waste of money. This has to be one of the worst places to eat Tonkotsu Pork chasu Ramen and sushi. The ramen was bland and had little to no taste. It didn't taste creamy or rich. The soft boiled egg was more like a hard boiled egg (so disappointing!), also did not taste proper. Additionally, the noodles were over cooked, so the experience was just awful. The sushi was dry, plain, and didn't taste fresh. Little to no sauce. We also ordered an infused fried rice with chicken and pineapple, it was also flavorless! The entire food experience was just terrible. We have had many asian food cuisine experiences, specifically Japanese. This does not match previous ramen or sushi experiences that have been authentic. It is probably worth to just drive further to get better food elsewhere!!!
