Ordered a sandwich and wanted certain veggies on it. They didn't make it right. I called up there and she said to ask for crystal and she would make it right. I came back 2 weeks later expecting to get my free sandwich made correctly. They charged me and said i would have to speak with crystal. Bad customer service!!

I ordered 3 bumble bee club sandwiches, 2 were not made correctly. I paid extra for avocado, no avocado. I paid for 3 banana puddings, but only received 2. Customer service, at the drive-thru, was not personable-she didn't tell me the total & was on her cell. What has happened to genuine, thank you for your business, customer service?

Kid-friendliness: People that own and run the place are very friendly...couldn't find nicer ladies!!

Drive thru worker was very unprofessional and rude. I also believe that if you are going to change a credit card fee, the customer should be informed prior to using payment. I also believe that it should be posted on the windows outside the drive thru and at the front register. The customers have a right to be informed.
Great food, but I consistent. Some days the wraps are amazing and others you need a saw to cut through the tortilla.
The drive thru is likely the slowest in Weatherford. Be prepared to wait a long while.

So unhappy with this place. Ordered roasted turkey breast for Thanksgiving and received smoked turkey breast. Paid $50 for something I do not like! I was so excited when I thought I was getting roasted turkey only to be so disappointed!

I don't appreciate paying for food that I don't get. When I brought it to there attention the next time that I was in there, no one apologized, they didn't offer to make it right, they acted like, stupid me for even saying anything. That isn't how you keep business.
