What in the world is going on with this Jack-in-the-Box? It is always closed. Could be midday could be in the evening do the owners know what’s going on? Are they that shorthanded? It will be close soon I’m sure

It can’t be that difficult to take an order and make it correctly. Good luck getting what you paid for. Curley fries were cold and tiny burnt pieces and the last time I checked a bacon ultimate came with bacon. Whataburger is right down the street. Should’ve went there and not had to wait for 35 minutes in the drive through.

Absolutely awful. Everytime. These franchise owners should be banned from owning any longer. There is always an extraordinary wait time even when I’m in line alone. Show up at opening time, and you are guaranteed to not be helped because they don’t open on time. I rarely give bad reviews like this, but I live walking distance from this location and they just can’t seem to get much right. Shame on the owners

came by this Jack in the Box at 11:25 p.m., and no one answered at the drive-thru. According to Google, they close at midnight, but it seemed like whoever was working decided to close early. There was no sign posted, no explanation, and not even the courtesy to let customers know they were closed. Really disappointing experience Especially when you are having a craving.

They were out of coffee, they did not have sodas, and they seemed to be spaced out. It was a quick stop and will be a while before I go again.

I had to give the Burger to my daughter because I asked for no pickles I'm allergic and it seemed to have extra pickles I also asked for lettuce and there was one little chunk of a stem. I didn't think to take a photo but that's what happened.

I ordered through the app and picked up my food to bring home. I paid extra for curly fries with both combos, but only regular fries were included in the bag. I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing items, but was told I’d need to return in person, which is inconvenient since I live 20 minutes outside city limits. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and curt, abruptly ending the call by saying they had to bag food before hanging up. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant addresses these issues with their order accuracy and customer service.

1:50 pm on Sunday, 9/21, tool 5 minutes to get a response through the drive thru and then I tried to order tacos and they said they ran out. I don’t believe it. Every time I try to come here and order something, I get that type of answer. Worst restaurant in our town.

They were out of every sauce, drink machine down, entire restaurant dirty. Everything is extremely overpriced, the value curly fries costs 1.79 and literally came with 2 big curls and a tiny sliver. Not even 3 fries lol what a JOKE, not only will i never return to this location, I'm never going to a jack in the box again PERIOD. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED I'm failing to understand how they're still in business, but this location itself is absolute trash.

Did an online order for pickup, got home after getting the order and it was all wrong. Was a little irritated but that was also on me for not double checking. Called the store and manager said she could refund or remake the order. Had her remake the order for us. Everything was good, Except when we started eating, who ever made them, probably the kid who was not so nice in making sure he let us know, that his manager told him he did wrong, and had to remake our order. We ordered the Bonus Jack Burgers, it has 2 sauces on the burger, but ours had a 3rd special hot sauce like a Buffalo sauce, that my son had an immediate allergic reaction to, THANK GOD FOR EPIPENS!!! I have reported this to their corporate office. So hopefully I will hear back from someone!!
