I love the tuna club on wheat. They always get my food out quickly and with a smile. The only complaint I have is that if you pay with a card, it forces you to tip. It's a drive though, and even inside is not table service. They don't make server pay, so it should be the customers choice if they tip or not.

Service was terrible, the girls behind the counter made their friends sandwich before customers that ordered more than 5 mins earlier. He had his in 1 minute. It's packed as it is and you are more worried about your friends!! Probably got his sandwich free I did not see them make him pay! Worst Jimmie John's I have ever been to. Don't go!

So no one try to call me was very rude to me to me I had to contact door dash ? they never contacted me door dash always get a hold of me when they can't find my building maybe next time they think twice for beging rude to there
Today was the last straw for my husband with this place. We LOVE JJs and I request it often. He popped in today, his one day off, and clearly stated no veggies on his sandwich. They finished our order, placed it up top, and my husband grabs in all to realize it's alot to hold loosely and asks for a box. No response, everybody has ear pods in listening to music. He leans in and repeats himself loudly within a few feet of the employs and again no response. He leans in and grabs it himself without a reaction from anyone. Gets home and opens his sandwich to find it loaded with all the veggies it came with. Didn't even bother going back to switch it out because he's a polite gentleman and doesn't put himself in situations where he has the chance to not be. Had to leave again to find something to eat which upsets me more than anyone considering it's his only day to relax. Not coming back.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is terrible. Freaky unfast they should call it. Waited 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes for sandwiches to be made. So much for a quick lunch…

We ordered delivery today. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this location and I’ve eaten at a ton of Jimmy Johns in the past. This was the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy Johns! The bread and the toppings were fresh and really good and it was a fast delivery! Good job guys! ??

This is not necessarily a reflection of this location but of Jimmy John's in general. I really don't get it. The subs we got at a business function were very bland. Maybe that's just their party plate and they're better in store?
