Don’t send me away from the drive-thru after I pay with the offer of “we will bring it to you” and then take 17 minutes to bring me the food . It is fast food with the convenience of a drive up window. This location often struggles to make gravy correctly , but today it was the long wait .
There are 5 other restaurants selling chicken and strips/wings within a 1/2 mile of this KFC location.
The manager or owner of this location better get it figured out...

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews prior to going to this restaurant. It was the best KFC I've ever been too. Chicken was big, hot and perfect. Same with mashed potatoes and biscuit. Service couldn't have been better. Very clean.

I used to run into a lot of issues with this restaurant years and years ago, often closed dining room, out of certain menu items, sticky floors...

But the last couple of years they've been on the ball. Great turnaround by the management and staff.
