Ordered 3 pizzas, one order of crazy bread, and one order of buffalo wings for delivery. With $8 in fees and a $6 tip, the total came to $67. Their website farmed out the delivery to DoorDash. The driver left two of the pizzas at the store, which was confirmed when I called the store. I was told that I needed to call an 800 number to get the issue resolved. I called the number and was told that my complaint would be reviewed and a decision would be emailed to me in 24 hrs. Don’t order online from Little Caesars! Their customer service is terrible!!!

Terri replaced my order for my son who has horrible acid reflux and she was super amazing and nice and understood where I was coming from. Give her a raise !!! She deserves and took time out of her day to make this right for my son who has tummy issues ty ty ty and I will be calling the head honchos of little cesars to let them know what a wonderful job you've done. We normally love Little Caesars pizza, but this one we got tonight was horrible. We ordered an Extramostbestest pepperoni. As we were leaving our neighborhood (less than 5 minutes later; takes us 15 minutes to get into town) we get a notification that our pizza is ready. Thought that seemed awful quick. Well, we found out why when we got the pizza home. Definitely not a fresh pizza and not Extramostbestest. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The crust was stale and rock hard. Completely inedible.

This is meant to be a fast pick up and go place and they are definitely working hard. Super friendly and helpful. There was a rude old lady having trouble with her order and needed to change it a bunch of times. So much so, I was getting kinda irritated for the worker sake. She helped her out and not one ounce of displeasure was sensed. She handled it professionally and was even able to turn the lady’s mood around when all was said and done. Perfection at its finest. The atmosphere is kinda bland, no chairs to sit and wait, gets crowded quickly but other than that, it’s great.
Kid-friendliness: Yes and no. Yes, as far as nothing the children can get into or mess up. No, as far as it having kid entertainment or waiting area

There food is hit and miss , sometimes its Spot on Great , sometimes i wish i would have gotten it 20 min sooner , reguardlesss the kids love it , been going here for years , its cheap pizza what more can you ask for ?

The app is very user friendly. Ordering through the app is easy. Pick up and delivery are your only options because there are no tables to sit at. All the food is made quickly so either option is fine however the fees and tip will make deliveries more expensive. Food is very affordable and the food still tastes great for the price. Pick up is painless and you don't have to worry about waiting for someone to become available.
