This is meant to be a fast pick up and go place and they are definitely working hard. Super friendly and helpful. There was a rude old lady having trouble with her order and needed to change it a bunch of times. So much so, I was getting kinda irritated for the worker sake. She helped her out and not one ounce of displeasure was sensed. She handled it professionally and was even able to turn the lady’s mood around when all was said and done. Perfection at its finest. The atmosphere is kinda bland, no chairs to sit and wait, gets crowded quickly but other than that, it’s great.
Kid-friendliness: Yes and no. Yes, as far as nothing the children can get into or mess up. No, as far as it having kid entertainment or waiting area

The app is very user friendly. Ordering through the app is easy. Pick up and delivery are your only options because there are no tables to sit at. All the food is made quickly so either option is fine however the fees and tip will make deliveries more expensive. Food is very affordable and the food still tastes great for the price. Pick up is painless and you don't have to worry about waiting for someone to become available.
There are more topping options at qtrip than this place. That's sad
