Long John Silver's - Temp Closed for Remodel

I’m from calif.. visiting my daughter ..decided to stop for lunch . I haven’t had ljs’s fish in over 2 years. Most stores have shut down in calif.
The fish and shrimp meal was fantastic, beautifully cooked nice and crispy the shrimp was larger than in calif. I stoped by again 2 days later and got the $6.00 fish deal . It was a great value for the money, again cooked to perfection. I’ll be heading back home and will really miss this place.
If you like fish you will love this place, I highly recommend it!
Thank you long John silvers for a wonderful experience. Of all the places that I had lunch at , this was the best . Bar none!

Food was hot and fresh, but the problem is they are horribly short staffed. Just getting absolutely pummeled on a Saturday, let alone the first Saturday of the month when everyone is out and spending new money. Shame because the staff were trying their hardest but they ALL admitted to me that management was nowhere in sight and even if they were they wouldn’t care.

I love me some Long John Silvers, but when you order food it should be fresh.. you pay good money not even get what you pay for. Not freshly cooked the amount I added pics to show you what you pay for and what you get. I rated the service bad bc the food was not freshly cooked and the amount.

Best tasting fish

My husband and I have been going to lgs for decades, never had a bad experience! We have been to the Weatherford ljs twice since it opened it was great food , service and clean. We went our third time 3/30/25 service was under par, out of soda drinks, dining room was very unkept place was not busy at all, we were the only ones inside. Had no bottles of malt vinegar, no ketchup had to get packets. Food was served in little paper baskets (not plates) . Fish was to doughy ,not crispy ,awful so bad.we will not be going back to weatherfor location.no response from employees when leaving.Has gone down hill quickly, so sad.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our first visit since the building was rebuilt. It was no better than the old place. Stood for over 5 minutes before being noticed by worker to even take our order. Then it took over 20 minutes to even get the order, which we got because I asked for a refund. They gave us the order after that. While waiting tho, I watched one cook use her bare hands to dip fish/shrimp in the batter, then put it into the oil. Gross. That was the main reason for asking for a refund. We went ahead and stayed. The fish actually was ok after being cooked.
I’ll NEVER go to this Long John Silvers again, or recommend to anyone!!!!! Would like to call Health Department.

Haven’t eaten here since the remodel. Did today and won’t again. Ordered fish and chicken with fries, didn’t get hush puppies but that’s no big deal. Bit in to the fish to find the batter was still wet and undercooked. Didn’t even eat it after that. There’s 12$ I won’t see again. Beware if you eat here , my experience was not great

I received the wrong food. I ordered 2 fish and shrimp combo with fries and green beans and I got fish and coleslaw. They made me park in the front, when the lady came to my car she asked me what I ordered I guess to confirm, I'm not sure what the purpose was considering my food was wrong. I basically paid 30 dollars for 2 fish combos that had I ordered 2 fish combos would have only cost me 20, they didn't even give me a receipt or ask if I wanted any condiments

I ordered from door dash and my order had no utensils, napkins, or condiments with it, so now I’m stuck with dry food and have to eat my coleslaw and green beans with my fingers

The food was ok before they updated, looks a lot nicer, but now sadly horrible. Compmemts empty, employees acted unaware.
The final option , am sick, stomach is killing me, bad runs, bad diarrhea. Usually those symptoms are indicated impurities, or bacterial, or bad dish washing. Or chemical food poisoning. Usually from cleansers in the food. My recommendation is stay away from long John Silvers. It sad recommendation long John was a long time memory, the older place wasn't much but I loved the food. If you go anyway, drop by the local drug store and take some peto with you.

Worst LJS ever
Came back today 1/19/2025
Hate the new design. Never recieved our food after a 30 min wait. Then had to wait 15 min for a refund & hear all the excuses on their poor service. The employees talk to much to customer & to each other

love the look of the remodel except when you order drive tru and have to pull up when they have to bring food out its just not the best area planning should have been different.
