Marco's Pizza

Our business has made several large orders from Marco's in Weatherford, TX and leave at least a 20% tip every time. They blacklisted our business because their delivery driver had to wait up to 10 minutes a few times for someone from our business to come out during night shift in the middle of the night and meet their delivery driver. Also, I only found out we were blacklisted when I placed an order and it never showed up but yet they still charged my card. Will never eat at another Marco's location and will stop recommending them to friends and family.

Had issues with a DoorDasher never going to pick up my order (of course), but was contacted by Aaron who remade my order, gave me a 50% off coupon for my next order and a cinnasquare (new obsession). GREAT customer service and food. Absolutely will continue to order from here!! Thanks again for being so awesome!

**Followup from the next day: Called the location, person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Was explained they use a 3rd party company for some deliveries and that caused the mess up. Sent the order for lunch. Pizza and cheesy bread was good. Delivery driver was also super friendly. Changing from a 1 star to 5 due to recovery.

Ordered on a Friday night after a long day, the online system took the order. Had to do delivery due to my car being in the shop, normally I do takeout when I can. Hour after the order time and no pizza. Decided to walk 15 minutes up there and the store is closed shut, no one is around. Online system still shows pizza is "Constructing Pizza" Don't know why you say you are open if you are not, and if you don't have the staffing to make deliveries just call us and let us know. We get it, but don't take our money for a pizza if you won't provide the service you offer. Will still rate the pizza and atmosphere properly, they should not suffer a 1 star rating due to mismanagement of the store.

Tasty pizza, good crust and generous on toppings, All the staff was v e ry friendly.

Only been here a few times and honestly don’t know why I don’t go more often! Everyone behind the counter has always been friendly. The pizza is in my opinion better than other big franchises!

This place never misses a beat, they check all the boxes. Pizzoli and Pepperoni Magnifico (thin crust) are the best. Hats off to management!

Our worker who brought the pizza out was rude didn’t say anything about having a great rest of my night/day when i asked for a name he gave me devin… worst experience by far

We ordered online for delivery from the Marco's near the Hampton Inn on interstate 20 Weatherford, Texas. The order was delivered within 20 minutes by an extremely nice young man. The pizza was spectacular. We are very happy with this experience.

Really cool guys I just got done at the hospital about 10:00 said it would be done by 10:15 got there about 5 minutes later got my pizza took it outside in my car and I slid out of the box and landed in my back seat and all the toppings and everything were all over the back of my car I took it back inside told him I was really sorry and if they could make me another one that I would pay for it and they generously offered to make me another one for free got it made got it done by 10:45 they're really nice and the pizza is awesome it is so good it was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.

These guys are good for service however the pizza is sometimes “thrown together” and not as good. Their toppings clearly are not fresh and you can tell their mushrooms are from a can , for example. But overall, it’s a good pizza for the money and time it takes.

This place has the best pizza in Parker county in my opinion their cheese is so stringy and delicious will definitely be coming back here again and again and again and again love the food the service is great and the atmosphere is on point such an awesome place.
