We ordered online for delivery from the Marco's near the Hampton Inn on interstate 20 Weatherford, Texas. The order was delivered within 20 minutes by an extremely nice young man. The pizza was spectacular. We are very happy with this experience.

Really cool guys I just got done at the hospital about 10:00 said it would be done by 10:15 got there about 5 minutes later got my pizza took it outside in my car and I slid out of the box and landed in my back seat and all the toppings and everything were all over the back of my car I took it back inside told him I was really sorry and if they could make me another one that I would pay for it and they generously offered to make me another one for free got it made got it done by 10:45 they're really nice and the pizza is awesome it is so good it was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.

These guys are good for service however the pizza is sometimes “thrown together” and not as good. Their toppings clearly are not fresh and you can tell their mushrooms are from a can , for example. But overall, it’s a good pizza for the money and time it takes.

This Marco's has been our "go to" for pizza for quite a while. The last time we ordered, the order came a few minutes later than promised on their website. Tonight, we ordered at 6:30 pm with a promised delivery of 7:03. It's presently 7:41, still no food. I called the location twice and sat on the phone both times waiting to inquire about our order. The first time for 7 minutes, the second for 3 minutes before giving up. I'm going to obviously have to rethink choosing Marco's if this is how they are conducting business now.

I made an online order, asap delivery, usually no problem. Only difference was I ordered a medium pizza instead of the usual large. One thing I noticed after awhile, was their online order tracking system was not working. No big deal I just kept an eye out for the driver. After about an hour and a no show, I called waited 20 minutes on hold, no one answered. Hung up and called back, a young man answered, and said he would check on my order. He informed me that my order was cancelled because they ran out of dough for a medium pizza. My thought was well, take dough from a large pizza and make a medium? I asked to speak to the Mgr., this guy, Clayton sounded younger than the first guy. I asked him why they didn't call me or send an email, he replied, "we were really busy and didn't have time to call." I said you couldn't take 5 minutes if that, to call or write an email? He said "no." I asked him to make me a large pizza, and eat the cost (which according to their website is about $2) and deliver it. He said no again, stating they didn't have any delivery drivers. It was only 8pm. I told him that was horrible customer service and unacceptable. Now your losing a good customer because you wouldn't make an alteration to your policy, if it was a policy or something you just made up. Good job Clayton!
