Food is much better than most anywhere, home style cooking. The only change I’d wish is for real mashed potatoes, and a few more vegetable choices. They have more than most just wish there was 1-2 more.

The chicken fried steak was tuff and chewy. The hamburgers are good, but they smash down the buns completely flat. I wish they would fix these two items.

My wife and I make it out going to Mary’s on the Brazos once or twice a week. I do miss some of the staff they fired refently. Legally like a particular waitress memes Necole. But was said to hear she was gone when asked a few trips ago. Overall highly recommend. Brown home delicious home

Had the chicken fried steak sandwich, absolutely amazing! Waitress was wonderful and brought us a piece of coffee cake at the end of our meal. Will be back for sure!

I had the chicken fried chicken and eggs. Pretty good, not alot of batter. The wife's baked potato was luke warm but when asked they brought out a fresh piping hot one. Overall a good experience. ?
