McAlister's Deli

Went in with family after a soccer game. Everyone's food came but mine. We had waited 15 minutes for baked potatoes. I went to see what happened and they were putting it in the window. I got a 1/2 potato & 1/2 salad. Asked for no olives on potato but it had them. Cook offered to pick them off ,I said no because I would still taste them. Said I would have to wait 10 minutes for another one. Everyone was done eating in my group. I asked for half a sandwich instead. She took forever fixing my sandwich and kept giving me ugly looks. When I asked for my pickle it really mad her mad and just threw it up there. I did check to make sure she didn't spit in it. Worst sandwich and experience ever. I spent almost $80.

Every time I go to this McAlisters I have to ask to have my sandwich double toasted. It says on the menu that is is toasted, but never is. I make a big deal about it when I order. I have spoken to the assistant manager and she said the toaster was broken. They told me they just got a new toaster this last week. I still can't get it toasted. I always have to send it back. When I send it back they sometimes toast it, sometimes don't toast it, sometimes burn it, other times toast it with the veggies still on it.

I keep saying I need to leave a review. This McAlisters is bad. All the others are good. Today I had to send it back and I told them to remake it and don't toast the avocado. I got it back burned with the avocado on the side. My spoon for my soup was also filthy and covered in food from the person that used it before me.

Very nice location. This place was packed but the staff knows what they're doing and kept up very well. I thought we would be in line forever but it didn't take long to order nor get out food.

We came in for Father’s Day to enjoy a meal as a family and was greeted very warmly by Tristan. He made the experience very personable from the moment we walked in through the time we left as he checked on us to make sure everything was still going well. We will definitely be returning!
