DONT ORDER THE EGGS BENEDICT unless you want to be severely dissatisfied. We visited for the first time for brunch on Sunday and we sadly left disappointed and hungry. First off we arrived just after they opened at 10am and despite only 1 other table it took a good 45 minutes for our food to come out. We ordered the deviled eggs, hash, and eggs benedict. The deviled eggs were pretty good, the hash was okay (the potatoes were undercooked and kind of hard); however, the biggest disappointment was the eggs benedict. Eggs benedict is one of my favorite brunch items and I order it often, I can say without a doubt this was the WORST eggs benedict Ive ever had! The eggs were overcooked, the hollandaise was thin and flavorless, the ham didn't even taste like ham, and the english muffin was hard. We would have been better off going to McDonalds for 1/16 of the price. Overall for the high price, poor food quality, and small portions we would definitely not visit this place again.

Very disappointed I and my husband stopped by for a drink and appetizer.Has not been there before. We sat down waitress came and gave us menu and took our drink order. I had a sangria and my husband had a beer . 2 other tables arrived after we placed our order. My husband got his beer we sat there while the tables got there beer and cocktails and I never got my drink my husband finished his beer.I went inside to just tell her to forget it and I will just pay for his beer. This was the bartender. She said our waitress was getting mine.So I went outside and waited till she finally came with it she asked about if we had decided on food. Our thoughts were if it took this long for a drink there wasn't any hope for a appetizer.I went inside to pay and did mention about the wait for my sangria. She said they got slammed so it took awhile and the other 2 tables I mentioned to her that got drinks before me were beers which they all were not .Just say first time will be the last time for us .Not sure but in my book slammed means more than 3 tables.

When you're in downtown Weatherford looking a place for a night out with friends and a few drinks...think of Northside. They have a great staff, creative drink menu, and typically live music (the handful of times that I have been there). They have a food menu with a creative take on your typical bar foods, don't expect a full blown meal (not that that is a bad thing but I don't expected a full food menu). The bites were decent and very enjoyable but we needed to go elsewhere to get a meal.

Found this gem of a place on a Yelp search for brunch as we were returning from nearby Mineral Wells. Turns out, they don't serve Black Friday brunch as many places do, but we made do with the regular menu, and it worked out very well. Starting with coffee, I ordered a cappuccino, and my wife started with a latte. Both featured rich but not overly bitter espresso, and we added sweetness in the form of their house made sugar free simple syrup (which I'd love to try in a cocktail, and I wish more places would do this). Later, I asked for another, every bit as good as the first, and my wife switched to tea in the form of the Creamsicle Swirl, which was a positively awesome mix of orange tea, steamed milk, and vanilla. It was one of the best tea drinks I've had. Moving on to the food, my wife selected the avocado toast on an English muffin, adding chopped bacon. It was a fairly non-fussy mix of pureed avocado and onion, along with some herbs and tomato, and was very nice with the smoky bite from the bacon. But the star of the show was my prosciutto pizza. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my time, and this pie was absolutely one of the best, easily top three, of pizzas I've ever tasted. It was like a true craft cocktail, where, instead of tasting individual ingredients, they come together as a delicious whole that tastes like nothing else you've ever had. Such was the case with the smoky prosciutto, sweet black Mediterranean dried figs, cashews, fresh basil, and a delightful balsamic drizzle atop mozzarella and parm reg cheese. If there was even the slightest knock, the crust could have been a little thinner (even having chosen "thin"), but this is a very minor nit. The crust itself was delicious, and the flavors and textures from the interesting set of toppings was just incredible. This place was a true find in a place I wouldn't have expected. It's a beautiful space, and the service was great. I'm sure it's hopping on a Saturday night, and I'd love to come back for that scene at some point. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area, or even just passing through.
