Mediocre chain restaurant Mexican food. Nothing special here. With so many Mexican restaurants around, do yourself a favor and go to Pura Vida, Rio Mombo, or LA Playa Maya instead of this place.

I want to give a fair review. Drinks were really good but, as far as service, food (even after being made twice) was horrible. First off.. we got there around 5:50.. got in set down about 5 min later at table in bar area. FINALLY got to order drinks and food 15 min later.. waited 20 more min to receive everything. 2 plates were wrong as we specifically asked for no jalapeños as I'm allergic and my friend doesn't like spicey. It had jalapeños on both plates so lady said she would remake them and apologized... waited another 25 min or so for our food to finally come back out... took 1 bite and the rice, corn was COLD. Felt the rest of the food and the plates... they were really cold. At this point we are just ready to go. Husbands food wasn't the greatest, empanadas were funny tasting... Waited about 10 min for manager to come over. She apologized and said she would get our ticket.. never saw her again. My friends husband had to ask three different times to get a to go box for his left over he wanted to take home. Finally got paid for drinks and plates guys had but was just so wrong. We watched 2 other couples come in, set down right around us, NEVER GOT GREETED, ACKNOWLEDGED, NOTHING.... THOSE POOR PEOPLE LEFT.... the worst part is waiter, waitresses, kitchen manager NEVER NOTICED. I get people hVe rough days and people go through situations you know nothing about and probably never will but for the love of all PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE A PERSON, IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE A JOB BE IN THAT JOB AND IN THAT MOMENT ENOUGH TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE TENDED TO... THEY COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT FOR A REASON. Unfortunately, we will not be back!!!

Place was pretty dead and still took a little bit to be seated. Service was ok but took awhile to place order and get drinks. Food was fair the salsa tasted like bland tomatoes. Had the waiter bring me some salsa with fresh cut jalapeno which actually gave it some kick. The food came out warm like it sat around until all the orders were ready. There was only 4 of us. Ordered desert and waited about 15 min the someone came out and said the didn't have that desert. Kinda of a bummer. I never ask for military discounts when going out to eat.. I'm always wearing my cover. If they offer I accept. Being a 28 year Marine Corps veteran they offered a military discount because of not having the deserts we wanted. After looking at the bill which was over 180.00 the military discount came to about 1.3 percent. They could have kept their discount. Most military discounts are 5 to 10 percent, it was more like a slap in the face. We only went there because my daughter wanted to go there for her Birthday. Definitely won't be going back.

New Texas sized brisket burrito was definitely more than I could eat, but was really scrumptious! There are so many different flavors in each bite, all wrapped up & ready to be enjoyed. And to top that, our waitress, Amanda, was great, probably one of the best waitresses we have had in quite some time. She was helpful with the menu & suggestions, made sure our drinks were taken care of, was polite with a joyful air about her & a beautiful smile. Will be recommended.

I usually check reviews but I didn't this time. I would have to say the 3 stars this location has is well deserved. I made eye contact with an employee when I walked in and she turned her head and kept walking. A simple hello would have sufficed. Placed an order to go. There was about 7 people in the whole restaurant and it took almost 45 mins for my order. I paid $48 with tip for ultimate fajitas and a shrimp appetizer. It was mediocre at best. It gave me fancy Taco Bell vibes. Next time I'll check reviews. That was my bad!

We have gone to this location many times. But it got so bad we haven’t been in at least 9 months. We went today and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was cleaner than it’s been in years. The chips were fresh, our fajitas came out sizzling and the flour tortillas were fresh and warm! Even the guacamole was better than ever! Our waiter, Rob, was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. I’m happy to say, we’ll be coming back. We were extremely happy with the food and service!!! Oh, I almost forgot…. The $4 casa margarita was very good and had just the right amount of tequila! ?
