1st time there and had great service. Had the BBQ chicken and harvest squash soup. The Dr Pepper was out and they put a new one on then came and got my cup and refilled it for me. Thank you for the great service.

This was my first time here. Was not overly impressed. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu and was very disappointed. It was pretty much just a ham sandwich. I'm not sure if there was any chicken in it or not. I couldn't find any. I brought this up to one of the servers, but they didn't seem to care. I also thought they were very expensive. My wife and I each got the "pick 2 special" (half a sandwich and a small cup of soup), and the bill still came to over $40. On a good note, the broccoli cheddar soup was really good. But that won't be enough to get me back in there. I'll stick to some of the other sandwich shops in town.

Food is good if they actually get your order correct, which seems very difficult for them. Order a bread bowl, get a cup of soup with no bread, order a chicken Cesar salad, get a Cesar Salad. 2 out of 2 items wrong.

I have always enjoyed Panera's and their fresh high quality food. They have recently replaced their home made croutons with stale packaged croutons. They keep cutting corners and the quality is suffering. They could also improve by cleaning the restaurant from time to time

Worst sandwich I have ever had. I asked for mustard, they put a grey sauce on it and called it country mustard. No mayonnaise. I took it home to salvage it, didn't turn out eatable, trashed.
I meet my son at the half way point here quiet often. I wish their food was better for the prices they charge. All the employees seem to work hard though once you’ve paid for your food and received it, you are invisible. Their toilets need their grandmas to come visit and have a talk with them about if the bathroom is dirty, there’s a good chance the kitchen is too!

The door dash pic of the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was $16 and was so empty you could see the bottom of the bowl. There was no bread with the bread bowl broccoli cheese soup and the “bowl” was a cup. Basically this was $70 for a sandwich and four cups of soup. Very disappointing. My fontega chicken sandwich was very good though.
