We made a call in order and a fresh pizza was made in less than 20 minutes. The pizza and garlic spread were delicious. The facility was mostly clean, just some crumbs and dirt in between tiles and in the corner.

I ordered a special and one pizza was pepperoni and added jalapeños to one half of it.
Instead I received a pizza with half a side of pepperoni and half a side of jalapeños.
I reached out to Papa John’s and the response from “Keith Woodley” said “Sorry we messed up. Next time you order we will give a discount”. I can get a discount by using any of the coupons they are constantly offering. I just wanted what I paid for or my money back.
They only wanted me to spend more money. Why would I spend more money with a place that messed up my order. It was an insult. I emailed back right after receiving Keith’s “apology” and still have not received a reply from Keith after 60 days.
If you screwed up my order and will not refund the money, why would I ever trust that restaurant again and place another order? I choose to spend my money at places I like not trash dumps like this Papa John’s.
Skip this place and try some of the other pizza restaurants in Weatherford.

Ordered multiple things from here through the app. Accidentally put pay for cash so I called THIS store to tell them I made a mistake and paid for my order over the phone with a card. It took money from my bank. They use DoorDash to deliver and SOMEHOW it never showed up that we paid. So DoorDash shows up, and I called to talk to THIS store, which i called and paid through, and they were rude and snotty. She told me that it wasn't showing up on her end so I'd have to pay again. She tried to get a manager to come to the phone to help and the manager refused and was telling the girl on the phone what to say. Extremely disappointed and will not be back or order here again.

The crust isn’t the same as it used to be. It’s not fluffy on the edges and is instead flat.

The pizza was good and the deal was good but when they delivered it they dropped it off on my doorstep and left and didn’t knock on the door or tell me that it was here, the pizza didn’t get cold but that was still not cool, I may not do business with y’all again

A measly $80 for two “large” pizzas and 6 wings, cheese missing on a sig amount one AND no meat on one of them (which was charged and was specifically added as per sticker/reciept), no way to rate or contact anyone since their app you must use and DoorDash do not even register the order, remembering that this is a regular occurrence every time I order from there…priceless.

If you order delivery it will be handed off to some random door dasher, the pizza won't be sealed, and they won't even ring the door bell. Luckily we had a camera that alerted us to a package! They dumped it on the porch and ran
Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza for delivery, after about 1.5 hours of waiting we contacted the store to get an eta. The driver then called bc they were lost. They were no where close to where we lived so we had to meet them. Pizza was cold by the time we got it so we called the store. Wouldn't connect us with a manager, they hung up on us so we went to the store. They acted like it was not a big deal, could care less if pizza was cold or that we had to meet the driver & then drive across town to fix the issue. Didn't even get to talk to the manager at the store. They didn't offer to remake the pizza or anything.
They need a new staff and a new manager!

The so called manager took my call and would not give me her name! It’s 7 pm on Friday night on the 22nd of September they messed up my order and take zero responsibility for it. Saying door dash made the error. The stand in manager blamed everyone else but Papa John’s. They were so rude beware cause we will have waited 2 hours for our pizza and we tipped and paid CASH BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

They messed up my order every time. I swear they never put none of my points and they just did not do what they need to do. The food was cold or the order was messed up. They really need to do better. I quit going there
