If you're looking for good home cooked food and friendly welcoming staff, this place did that well. It is a basic county cafe with good plain food at excellent prices. It has a very good senior menu.
Great food and service Tanya took great care of us even though we came in 20mins b4 closing definitely a new favorite and the chicken fried steak was the best ive ever had dont waste your time stopping in strawn at Mary's tht place is all hype Peaster diner rocks
My husband and I stopped by for lunch on Friday afternoon. He had fried fish and I had Chicken fried steak. His fish was one of the best I have ever eaten. It was fried to perfection and not overcooked. My cfs was the real deal, not some frozen beef patty. Our waitress was really sweet and kept us in tea. We will definitely be back!!
