My wife and I have been traveling the country the last year and we've tried over 100 coffee roaster during that time. Pic Coffee roaster is definitely a top 5 in our opinion. They have many years of experience as roaster and you can taste it in the coffees quality. They also have locally made pastry's which were quite delicious. Definitely give this coffe shop a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great atmosphere. Top-notch, house-roasted, single origin coffee. Exactly the thing Weatherford needs.

Such a cute coffee shop in Weatherford! Truly the only one that has a modern feel and menu offerings, in my opinion. Very spacious and fresh space, great for studying, working, catching up with a friend or even letting the kids play ? I had a matcha latte with almond milk and honey, which was delicious, and I’m excited to try their coffee (roasted by them) and their in-house pastries and food next!

I just had a wonderful coffee experience!
The actual store is clean, open, lots of natural light, plenty of cozy places to sit and is beautifully decorated!
My coffee was delicious!!
I've never had a custom made cup of coffee that compares to the quality I had today. It was so good, my cousin and I ended ordering 5 coffees between us!
Lots of different food items to try. We shared a sandwich and it was delicious too!
Don't feel like you can go wrong trying this place. So glad they came to Weatherford!! Can't wait to go back!
By far and wide the best pure coffee flavor available in the entirety of Parker county. Even if their menu is limited upon opening day, the flavor makes up for it by far! Highly recommend for those looking for the finest brewed coffee, americanos, etc

I had an iced espresso with SF vanilla and a splash of half and half, a simple drink, yet it was better than anything I’ve had in a while from Starbucks! I will definitely be back to try out more drinks and the food.
Coffee- I ordered a cappuccino with whole milk and cinnamon. 10 stars if I could! Keep in mind, this is a traditional cappuccino, not the giant sized ones some places offer. The milk was perfectly textured and the espresso was well-balanced between sweetness and bitterness. Probably one of the best milk-based espresso drinks I’ve had in a while. Next time I’ll probably try their espresso straight.
Food- they have a huge selection of baked goods, as well as protein options like quiche and yogurt parfaits. Lots of gluten-free choices. They also have some lunch items. I got a sausage quiche (they also have a veggie) and the pumpkin spice muffin. I would probably do two quiches if you’re a breakfast meal person. I don’t think one would fill you up. Muffin was soft and had a buttery crispy topping. I actually liked it better without the topping, but that’s just me.
Staff- super friendly and helpful. Sometimes coffee shops can feel a little pretentious but I didn’t have that experience at all here. Smiling faces and warm service.
Atmosphere- it’s such a vibe, honestly. I love the colors and wood tones. Also nice to have soft, comfy seating options. Blame it on my millennial hipster upbringing, but I could live here haha.
Dietary restrictions: They had a whole slew of gluten free options. I’m not sure on cross-contamination, so I would ask
Parking: In a shopping center so tonsss of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Double front doors, so can open wide. Very spacious inside and great spacing between tables so easy for a wheelchair to get around the place.

Best coffee shop in the metroplex. I drove from Fort Worth to check it out & I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. The pastries are sweet, filling, and bright. The coffee is beautifully roasted, balanced, and bold. Great pricing. Lovely staff. Stop reading and go already!
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten-free pastries.

What a gem! I cannot believe the amount of gluten free bakery items they have there, too! The baker popped her head out of the kitchen while I was in awe of the options and mentioned some seasonal items coming out soon too. This is so rare to find so I MUST SHARE for the sake of my other GF DF peeps that know this struggle all to well!
The Blueberry Muffin with crumbled topping was DIVINE. They offered to warm it up, and asked if it was for here or to go. I ended up taking a box of cookies to take home because the muffin was so big but I had to try these rare findings!
Theyy super helpful with coffee suggestions based off my preferences, but also laid back with my questions, perfect blend, pun intended.
If you need a chill spot, really pleasant atmosphere, comfortable tables, booths for a more intimate experience, or like the lounge with cozy couches more, this place checks all the boxes. New meet up spot with friends for sure.
Fresh lunch or snack food too, dine in or to go.
I rarely take the the time to write a detailed review, but this was too good of a find not to share!
If you have time to sip or eat there, I recommend getting that muffin warmed and to take a minute for yourself. You deserve it.
Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free and dairy free options, all clearly marked!!
Parking: Not an issue

What a beautiful spot to enjoy a well made cup of coffee! The lattes are incredible, bakery items are made in-house, staff is super sweet and helpful. Don’t take my word for it, stop by and try for yourself!
