The taste of the pizza We have come to this Pizza Hut multiple times in the past and every time we have been here since covid the inside has always been closed. We decided to give this Pizza Hut a try again recently with delivery. We placed the order on the app and everything went smoothly with that. Once we got the notification that the pizza was on the way it took 40 minutes to get the pizza delivered. After the 40 minutes had passed we tried to give them a call and no one answered and then that's when the pizza was delivered. We had continuously been opening the door checking for the pizza since it was taking a lot longer than we expected and on our last check the pizza was at the door with no one there. No doorbell ring and no knock at the door. The pizza was still warm but I wasn't very impressed by the pizza or the price. We got the stuffed crust pizza the crust was great but the taste of the pizza its self was mediocre.

The absolute worst! We ordered our pizza at 6:33 and it wasn't delivered until 8:20. They didn't get the toppings correct in the pizza and forgot our breadsticks. We ordered a medium pizza, personal pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter so it wasn't even a large order. They do not answer the phone nor open the dining area. Just close it up already if you can't keep staff on hand or even take orders correctly.

We always put "crispy please" in our order notes and still end up with thin and chewy pizza instead. So frustrating seeing as how the pizza should be thin and CRISPY by default and even when you specifically ask for crispy pizza you get this under cooked nonsense instead. My 6 year old loves it anyway or I wouldn't go back.

Good food, but would like them to open up their dining room. When I asked a manager if they plan on opening up the dining area, he shrugged his shoulders and said, " Why would you want to dine in here"

Would give less than one star if I could. This location does not prioritize customer service at all. We waited around an hour and a half or longer for one pizza and an order of wings. Absolutely unacceptable. When we complained to the manager about the unnecessary time it took to deliver the pizza, there were not apologies but only excuses. She didn't offer a refund or anything to compensate for the time it took to receive our food. Instead, she allowed the DRIVER to feel fully responsible for the issue. This is unacceptable from a manager of an establishment. If you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. Learn how to properly give quality customer service.

This review is on the service I received at the drive through window. I got my order in and they guy at the window says please pull forward to which I say I can't pull forward as 2 cars are parked in the driveway... he says AFTER THEY PULL OUT. Look dude it's not my fault y'all have the dining room closed and all you have is drive through. Don't worry I won't bother y'all again I promise! NEVER!!! I would have cancelled my order if I could have!!! Then the guy comes out to have me pull forward farther and sit in the sun with no air conditioning when it's 100 degrees outside. This place blows.

WHY!!!!! DRIVER SET PIZZA AT THE DOOR FLOOR IN A TRASHBAG and took off once I opened the door. The seal on the pizza that says, "sealed at the hut, opened by you" was tore open an the pizza a complete mess. The box is a wet soggy mess, and Of Course the delivery driver was gone before I could even get the pizza out of the trash bag to ask why its opened.

We ordered a large hand tossed meat lovers pizza, the crust was terrible and raw and there wasn’t hardly any meat on it and the pizza was dripping in grease. It was the worst pizza I have ever purchased! Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza but we will definitely not be going back.
The customer service is regularly swift, excellent ambience, very kind employees. Will come back again when I get here.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and friendly! P-zone was hot and amazing and excellent! Boneless wings salty tasting and warm would rate a 4 pizza was hot and seemed undercooked on the crust paid for extra cheese and mushrooms looks like I got the extra cheese but not the extra mushrooms? Kinda sad as I really like mushrooms on my pizza well can fix the crust part by heating up some more in the oven overall they did a good job so a solid 4 star rating delivery guy was excellent thanks

Food is fine but it is too cold in there to dine in. Maybe bring a jacket or blanket for comfort. Carry out might be the way to go
