Vinny and staff are awesome! My parents have known Vinny for over 30 years and eaten at every location they've had!Food is always yummy and Vinny takes the time to come out of the kitchen and talk to patrons, especially my Mom and Daddy!Awesome place!
Small family restaurant exceeds expectations. High quality fresh food combined with attentive welcoming service and a tidy atmosphere make this a go to place for regulars. The Carne Guisada may not be as good as your "tia" makes, but trust me it's close!
Went there with my son for lunch. I was on the mood for Quesadillas and I ordered some. A combination of chicken and beef. I was so hungry. I have never tried this place before and wanted to try a new restaurant. It was new to me. They've been there for 2 years. They were very good but I don't know if the cook was rushed when making my fajitas. They were over stuffed and the insides were falling out. It could've been a little crispier because I think it wouldn't have fallen out so easy. The food was good and next time I will not go in there right when they open.
Really mexican place, nice service and you see the owners presence. The food was really good, the seafood fajitas are incredible. The fried cheesecake its a must.
Such good food and quick service. Everyone who served me today was so kind and welcoming. Best mexican food in the area!!
The food is good, but could be better, also $2.75 for a single taco is a little pricey. Most places about $1.25-$2.00 max, and taste better. their steak tacos need to be charred more, it has flavor but not the best texture. Pastor from here is good as well but a little tough.
Service was EXTREMELY friendly and speedy in addition to the food being delicious. Plan on heading back to try the desserts!
I have eaten here 3x so far, and I have tried something each time. 1. Street Tacos - I asked for 2 pastor and 1 asada. Absolutely love them, one of the few places I have found that has great street tacos. It came with their rice and beans which too were amazing. 2. Enchilada Sueza - It came with chicken and tomateo sauce and was very good. Only thing I would change is it appear and taste like the sprinkle taco seasoning on top, and it simply doesn't need it. 3. Chicken Quesadea - Very good, healthy portion of chicken and cheese and tasted amazing. The chips and salsa you receive once you arrive is good. The salsa is a little chunky with mild-medium spice. Would recommend to anyone within an hour drive or less to come and try.
This place is one of the best Mexican food places I’ve ever been too. Food is fresh and delicious. Salsa is house made and the sopapillas are drool inducing. Serves is fast and friendly.
Authentic Mexican food at great prices. I had the fajitas (so good!) And my mother-in-law had the flautas. I tried a bite of hers and I will definitely be ordering it next time! Staff was attentive and friendly. Cannot wait to visit again.
It was ok but not over the top. I would have given it a 5, but my waitress was sitting with a group and I had to ask for service. On the plus side, the owner did stop over to check on me and my lunch and that is always a nice thing.
Finally! A mom and pop Mexican food shop that means business.Met at the door by two charming, smiling young women. My waitress was very helpful, answered all of my questions quickly. Brought my drink quickly and then waited as I read the menu since it was my first time there.Food came quickly but not too quickly, which usually indicates it's prematd and just sitting there. Chips were on point. Nice and crispy. I don't eat salsa but I did try theirs and it was good and thick, not watery. The rice was blessedly free of ridiculous dehydrated peas and carrots or other unnecessary vegetables.Waitress even brought me a to go Coke as I was leaving. As I ate, at least two people I suspect were owners came by to make sure everything was OK and my food was good. Everyone there around me was being treated like family.Literally the only thing I can say I might change is my meal just had too much sauce on it. It actually took me a minute to try to find where my tamalie was versus my enchilada, lol.I don't get this direction often but if I do I would definitely come back.
These are lovely people making great food. Order anything...it's all great! The owners are so gracious and really care about their customers. It's one of my favs for take-out, too.
This place was amazing the owner came to our table several times very sweet man. Our waitress was absolutely sweet, attentive and nice. Food was amazing. Service was excellent....
Stopped by here for an early dinner, with almost no one there worried that I had made a mistake. That notion quickly faded when the owner delivered chips and salsa to my table. My mother ordered the carne guisada, I had the street tacos, and so did my niece. My brother had the chile relleno and while my street tacos were awesome, I had wished I had tried the chile relleno and the carne guisada. our meals were full of flavor and the portions were large and satisfying. I can't recommend this place enough!
