This spot simply knows how to take care of their clients. Regularly with a helpful approach. The food is affordably priced, always yummy and clean.
Excellent food and service recommend eating there as often as you can well worth the drive.
There was a story in the Weatherford Democrat newspaper interview with owner John Shepard that he was closing two of his three restaurants in April. Saltwater was one of the restaurants that he announced was closed.
Had the lobster roll tonight and way blown away! This place has amazing drinks, phenomenal food, and I am so happy they are here. Laid back relaxed atmosphere, and if you need a variety of martinis they have an extensive menu. Highly suggest the cucumber mint comes with a fantastic salt/pepper rim. Small, quaint, delicious.
Food was great as ALWAYS!!! The music was a little to loud for a group of friends wanting to talk and catch up. Such a cute place and always clean!
Goodbye Red Lobster and Olive Garden. This place has good food, good service and great music!!! Had an amazing time. Thanks for the memories
Fantastic place! Seafood quality as good as any place on the gulf coast. Staff was incredibly friendly and beer was cold.
The food and service was amazing the price is very fair.!! I would recommend this place to anybody.
Phenomenal service, excellent food, and a very sweet attentive manager. We will be dining there again. I highly recommend the lobster and pasta special it was scrumptious!!

Fantastic food and service! Our waiter was superb and the Owner was engaging and very welcoming! Everything was delicious, hot and very fresh! We were visiting and it was an excellent choice!
Tried for the first time. We watch a lot of kitchen nightmares so we are skeptical about every restaurant, but we decided to try this place and we're glad we did! Atmosphere was perfect, wait staff was amazing, & their manager Angel Martinez was on top of everything as well as very friendly. Made for a perfect date night!! Will return in the future! ?
If you're expected to pay high-end dollar ($80-120 per person) for seafood, one would expect oh I dunno; linen tablecloth and napkins, quality grade utensils, a fresh cut flower or two, uniformed (no jeans) servers, maybe an attentive server who scraped the crumbs off the table before offering desert? You know, a little ambience? BTW how about chef quality food in the ingredients, seasoning, and presentation? And my goodness; give us a chance to salt our own dishes? Fort Worth is only 30 mins drive away and offers consistently great experience at this price point. Otherwise the liquor store and the backyard grill is a great option. Sorry Saltwater. It just felt like being at Shep's (next door) with a seafood menu.
Just enjoyed a terrific lunch, our first time here. We will be back. Drove from Fort Worth to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. The crab salad was excellent.
I fell In love with this place as soon I walked into the door. We were greeted in a heart beat, they took very good care of us as if we were family. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
