I called ahead to find out about tgeir dog-friendly policies. They said just find a seat on the patio and a server would be out. Sammie and I found a place on the patio and a waitress imnediately came out with a bowl of water. Our waiter was out pretty quickly to take our order. I had the cgicken fried steak burger and onion rings, with a plain hamburger patty for Sammie. The CFS was Yuge, dwarfing the bun. Onion rings were Yuge, like 1/2 the onion! We had a nice time, and a pretty lady loved Sammie and offered her pieces of meat too. Shoulda got her number. Lol.

My daughter and her friends decided to eat here do not go if u want to play pool after 8pm I have never seen them in force that rule when me and her would go up there or her and my wife I will not be going back Amanda needs to be fired or get re trained ASAP if you look at the recent reviews more than half of them are about the mamagmet how about instead of replying to every comment, you actually fix the problem.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience here. I ordered a taco salad but didn’t eat it and asked for a refund. Before we could even explain the situation, the manager (wearing a red shirt) was rude and dismissive and told us to leave. We stood up to pay the bill, but instead of letting us do that, staff continued telling us to leave. When we tried to resolve things and pay, they called the police—even though we were actively trying to leave after paying. To make matters worse, a manager followed us out to our car and continued trying to start an argument. The police officers who arrived were professional and helpful, which was the only positive part of this experience. The level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from management was unacceptable. We were trying to solve the situation, but staff repeatedly escalated it instead. I will not be returning.

We had the absolute best time celebrating our Old Souls Ink Christmas party at Shep’s, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for bringing our whole crew together. A huge thank you to Shep’s for hosting us and making the night feel so special. Everything—from the food to the vibe—was top notch. And an extra shoutout to Nolan for his incredible service. He went above and beyond to take care of our group, and his attention, professionalism, and kindness did not go unnoticed.
