My food was hot and fresh! It took longer than normal to hear from someone after hitting the button and they didn't look super busy but the food came out really quick and my carhop Erin was so sweet and personable! Which in my opinion I would rather wait a few minutes and have a good customer service experience than someone answering or bringing my food out in a bad mood. I come here often and the carhops are always so lovely and make the experience that much better!

High school girl working here had an attitude and refused to try to run my gift card. I was forced to use my debit card because, according to her, she wasn’t sure how to run it and no one else inside could help her. If I’d wanted to spend money at Sonic tonight I wouldn’t have brought the gift card. Very disappointing and will not be coming back.

Ordered onlineand it came out pretty quick, but the car hop wasn't in the greatest of miss and thought they should have been faster so was apologetic, which I appreciate, however he took off faster than I could ask for anything else, so went without the nuts for our sundae. Also, ordered the sm popcorn chicken and it came as one big lump... not sure if it was popcorn or regular fried chucks, but was too tired to really care, tore it apart, and ate it just the same. Not their best day, but not they're worst either.

I come to this sonic often to get drinks because I live just down the road a bit and never really had a problem except for today when I order a ice cream it was supposed to have chocolate but didn’t so I pointed that out and the women said “well do you want me to ask them” she leaves with it comes back with the same thing (did add chocolate) in the same cup but now it has melted and is going down the cup from it lid. I had to call them back so I could get some napkins because it was going everywhere. And the photo below is after I had wiped it once. So now I am having ice cream soup. ?
