Ordered half n half tea, easy ice. Got regular tea in full cup of ice. Kid was polite when bringing it out but that doesn't make up for getting the order wrong, again.

There's always something little wrong. Today I only ordered one thing and still wasn't correct so I'm finally leaving a review. Explain how this is easy ice? It was an app order so ya'll could even see ahead of time. Smh

We doordashed and our Dasher, said that the sonics said their girls are down, then we called sag, and talked to the manager, and the manager said that the girls have been app all day and that our order is not even through and we even had the order pulled app on our phone, do not go there. They are horrible customer service.

The food is good and the drinks are good but they're not always good at getting your order write 3 days in a row I went and ordered a diet strawberry limeade but I ended up with a cherry limeade with no cherries 🍒
Wife and kids went through to grab lunch today, as normal the kids wanted something to dip their fries in and the wife wanted something for her chicken bites. She was told by the get that brought her order out that all he could offer her was a single packet of sauce because they weren’t allowed to give out sauce anymore.
Glad theirs plenty of other options to eat around town!

I go to this sonic pretty frequently, Last night decided to treat ourselves. me and my husband got the same thing, my husband got sick within hours. I got sick the day after. I won't be coming back for a while. So disappointed cause I love sonic !! Definitely will be back for the drinks though.
