Extremely rude employee must have been the manger. She needs to learn how to speak to people. She can’t make up rules that don’t pertain to her service will be talking to DoorDash people to let them know their person is treating their drivers poorly

First time dining in at this Sonic location and I was very impressed. Great service, fast, food was delicious, specifically their pretzels & mozzarella sticks. We ended up order more! The pretzels were crispy from the outside, nice and soft from the inside and the salt was perfect. Thanks, we’ll be coming again!

Someone needs to go there and teach them how to cook. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and the egg was almost petrified, it was Way over cooked. Wish I would have taken pictures before I threw it out. Thought I give it another shot so I ordered breakfast again and I got the same kind of food. They should make the cook eat some of their own cooking. Hard egg and over cooked sausage 🤮🤮🤮. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Seriously.

This is a great sonic for us to stop at on trips to see my mom. It's clean and so is the attached station. We usually have a truck and trailer that 40+ feet and I can get in and out with no issues.
Went to go pick up a DD order and the person at the counter asked if I had a delivery bag which I responded with yes I do in my front seat. When( I assumed she was the manager )said that she would not give me the order unless I brought my bag inside the store. First of all I dont work for sonic I offer a service that they don't even pay me for. Second I get alot of double orders and I'm not about to bring my bag that has someone else's food in it into there store. Just FYI this sonic is attached to a convenient store. She claimed that it was store policies but I've picked up orders there before and it wasn't required. She is on a freaking power trip she's rude and has bad customer service all of which are not great for management. Everyone is intitled to a bad day but after reading the reviews it looks like a recurring issue

The cashier took the order for the person in front of me then walked off. I had to wait for someone else to tell him to help me. When I got my food, the pickle fries were so dried up and old it was like a piece of string in them and when I had a problem they were extremely unhelpful. I will never order there again, it was a horrible experience.
