Totally got my order wrong and then said that’s not what I ordered when I asked where the rest of my food was. Got home and the burger was missing a patty. Definitely will not be eating at the mineral wells hwy sonic again.

The cashier took the order for the person in front of me then walked off. I had to wait for someone else to tell him to help me. When I got my food, the pickle fries were so dried up and old it was like a piece of string in them and when I had a problem they were extremely unhelpful. I will never order there again, it was a horrible experience.

Took almost 20 minutes for the staff to acknowledge us and it's been 10 more minutes already and still no food
Can't say much about the food but this lady, Samantha is so polite and sweet and makes the best (and consistent) vanilla cold brews. It's pretty much the only thing I get here and I always hope this lady is the one making them.

0 stars, will never go back. This is the second time I’ve been where the fries were old and just dipped in grease to serve, the popcorn chicken was nothing but batter. And there were multiple hairs in the burger!!! Awful customer service.

Will not be stopping here in the future the order was short a tater tot and the hamburger look like it had been dipped in the fryer the wrapper of the hamburger was falling apart whenever I got to the actual Burger the bun was stopping wet with what seems to be fryer Grease absolutely the most disgusting thing I've ever seen The staff was grungy and dirty looking all of them nothing seemed professional and I even heard who seem to be in charge arguing with a customer before I picked up my order she seemed to be frustrated that she was at work poor service poor food worst sonic in Weatherford I would rather eat at the long Jhon silvers pre remodel like long Jhons back in 2008
