Apparently the guy with the lip piercing charges for a cup of ice water. When Not a single other starbucks has ever charged for ice or ice water. I only have this issue when he's working.

I love the Hudson oaks Starbucks. The staff is friendly and my drinks are consistently good. I leave the drive thru with a smile! I had one interesting experience here but it's behind me.

Every Starbucks I order this drink at messes it up and gets confused by my requests. But, the barista at the Albertsons Starbucks did awesome and nailed it! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of 5 is due to the lack of customer service given. I go to Starbucks maybe 1-2 times a year (not joking), but still every time this drink gets messed up, until today!(:
