Can’t say enough about this Starbucks👏. Friendly and polite faces and the best non-alcoholic drinks there are, Aye! To be honest, we just drove up while on the road and always our #1 go to spot when traveling, Aye!

I have been coming to this location for almost two years now. Today I was given the unfortunate news that my favorite barista was leaving. The manager Kimber has been there forever and she is my favorite part about picking up my coffee. I’m so saddened to see her leave, she works so hard for that store. Honestly so heartbreaking I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

This starbucks is getting better and my drinks are usually right. I had bad experience from this store last holiday so I stopped coming in but the manager Avi is always available to help me if something is wrong with my drinks. Very helpful and kind and always quick to see if there’s a problem. I haven’t seen her in a while but I hope she comes back soon.

I’ve been coming to this location many years now, and one person who stands out and has been there for the times I have is a girl named Kimber! She’s always there was positive attitude, and really makes sure her team is running smoothly! she really knows how to make a great coffee as well!

I met a manager named Kimber in the cafe and she is easily one of the best baristas I’ve ever seen. My drinks were perfectly crafted. Better yet she was kind and caring to her coworkers and she seemed like such a great leader. I will be returning to this location, it seems like the employees truly care about the customer experience.

I have never in all my years lost my shit at a Starbucks. Carmen or Carmenia was absolutely ignorant. I understand having to wait but when four people before you order and get their drinks. Yes, I am pissed and then when asked about my drink her answer is they are working and I see you nit working on it!!

I went inside to order. The worker name KIMBER has a major attitude towards customers and her peers. She made a wrong drink and not even once said sorry about it. Just took the wrong drink and remade it and yet still made it wrong. Change her attitude face would be nice

I just left the weatherford starbucks after they allowed a couple with a cat to come in and sit down. The cat was all over the bench and table, grooming itself. Absolutely disgusting. I watched as the staff stared at them, but did nothing. After ten minutes I left, then called to speak to the manager. She said they have been in there before and she watched them come in with the cat again this time. She said she would talk to them, but at this point the cat had been all over the eating area for about 15 minutes.

Need to fire everyone there. Got the order wrong. How? Then didn't call our names. They just let it set on the counter for 30 minutes. It wasn't busy so there's zero excuse for these over paid baristas. When we did get the correct drink IT WAS NASTY! Place was disgusting for a Starbucks. Very dirty very nasty tables. Horrible. Disgusting place.

I came in and ordered a quad blonde espresso in a venti cup with light ice, 5 pumps of caramel and extra half and half. I received a adventure cup completely full of ice; hardly any liquid in it (The reason I order light ice is because the ice melts and runs the drink very quickly). I asked her as I was picking it up is this light ice and she says yes that's the way they come which is a straight lie because I come to Starbucks about four times a week and order the same thing. I was going to try to get the piece go back to my table and drink it but I could not even mix it because it was so full of ice so, I took it back to a different barista and explain to her the situation. She remade it and I got back a cup with no blonde espressos but normal shots, four pumps of caramel instead of five and about a half of cup of liquid (if the site would accept a picture I would send it). As I was watching her remake it the same the other barista come to her and talking to her about it and getting frustrated. The new barista just told her forget about it and let's remake it. I still want the extra half and half that I ordered which I did not get as well as my extra pump of caramel but, since I am a peacekeeper, there I am drinking some contraption that they made on their own. Very dissatisfied with this Starbucks. I will stick to my Granbury one.
