Put in an online order at 7:25 p.m. it said it would take 17 minutes and we went up there to get it and they said they haven't even started it yet (not one customer in there by the way) then they say the meatballs will take another 20 minutes to make... It's now been 50 min to get an order that was originally supposed to take 17 minutes. The staff was rude and super unprofessional and when asked to speak with a manager they said she couldn't be reached. Over an hour later! That's just crazy!

Staff didn't keep tables clean. Ans says he doesn't get paid enough.But i left a tip when he rang up meal. Also asked for fresh meat as the meat was jerky. After I went to restroom at convenience store connected.

Usually I like Subway but the pretzel was off tasting. And Auntie Ann is normally a good pretzel. But not these.
The workers mainly seem to be high school kids just putting in hours.It's co-located in a kind of run-down gas station/convenience store.The place could use a good cleaning.The food varies depending on the "give a damn" of the person making your sandwich that particular day.Recently, I went in and got my sandwich put together by Maddy. I l like my sandwich prepared a particular way.When ever I asked for "extra X, Y or Z", Maddy would apply what I considered to be a very conservative amount, maybe less than what I would think to be a "normal" amount- as though each portion was coming out of her paycheck. As result, I didn't get the sandwich that I wanted. Was this Maddy's decision, or had she been instructed this way? I don't know, but ultimately, to me, it doesn't matter. The result was the same.I thought that was one of advertised benefits of subway, was that you get to stand there and get it made the way that you prefer.I've also witnessed a teenaged girl employee have a very loud (pretty much screaming) and un-guarded argument with her mother about her "freedom". As mom was walking out the door, the employee made sure to confirm that mom was still coming to give her a ride home at the end of her shift.I'll probably go back, but just a few more similar experiences will get me to change my mind, I'm sure.

Went in 7:30 on 7/10 in very good mood for sandwich. Girl with super heavy makeup with no name tag helped me. She had very rude, bad attitude for no apparent reason. I looked at Mandy like what's going on ? Hopefully her life will get better, but maybe for now she should get a job that doesn't have to deal with people. Mandy was very nice and seemed almost apologetic.

This used to be the best subway in Weatherford but the last two visits were awful. No ice tea, no jalapeño chips, staff disinterested in working - too busy on cell phone. The most recent visit they put a huge amount of black pepper on my husbands sandwich - with 2 other subways so close I won’t be back to this location. Buyer beware.
