Put an order online and immediately got a text that my order was modified or canceled but they took the money out of my account and they wouldn't refund me so I hope who ever that was working there liked my sandwich that I paid for. Very sad cause I love subway but this one absolutely sucks no help what so ever

I ordered a sandwich and 6 chocolate chip cookies. My meatball sandwich was sour and gross!!!! The cookies i got were not chocolate chip and the random cookies I got were hard as a rock! This was a dash order so I didn't know this was the store they were getting the order from. So this is my 2nd complaint. The first time the lady making sandwiches was non compliant with health and safety issues. This location does not care about customer satisfaction... It was an atrocious experience!!!!!

So I’m not one of those people to complain especially being I ordered food in a gas station. But this particular location has never disappointed before until todayWe ordered 3 sandwichesOn one the bacon was left uncooked and the lady tried to argue with me over this matter but I’ve worked subway before not a single soul ever ordered a sandwich with bacon and said leave it as is if they ask for bacon you cook the bacon separately and then add it to the sandwich if they request the entire sandwich to be un toastedMy sandwich was listed to be toasted and it wasn’t, the bread was smashed on one end, and the cheese was stuffed in the crease so each bite was just cheese and bread what the actual hell

The sandwich ? was fine ?. The service, eah, was ok. The person who served us was fine, not overly anything. We were not greeted but served. The subway is in a convenient store with it, which was ok as well. It was clean and well stocked. There were a few tables to eat at if u wanted to.

The truth is, even though it takes a while to give you the order, it also gives you extra hair. In the food !!!! !!!! Honestly be more hygienic
