I would love to give this establishment a good review but I just can't do it. Everytime I come to this location they forget things in my order EVERYTIME!!!! I spend money on items and I expect to receive those items. And I live 20 minutes away so it's not so easy for me to just come back up everytime they screw up and have them fix it. I would love to be able to come here just one time and not have my order screwed up. Also they skimp on the hot sauce. IDK why but if I have a big order why do you think 4 or 6 packs would be enough? If I continue to receive my order with missing items I'll stop coming all together.

Bubble nuggets

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 cravings boxes one with a freeze. They got my order mostly wrong. When we got to the window, they gave us tea instead of the freeze, and they gave us just what comes with the combo and not the box. When we told them that not everything was there, they just looked at the receipt and told us that it was correct. The girl that took our order looked like she was high, so that's probably why. Don't go to this location. Go to springtown or azle their service is better.

This is the most stylish and up-to-date Taco Bell I’ve ever been in in my life! The food tastes the same as every other Taco Bell obviously but the ambience is fantastic!

No personal touch anymore, only robots. The food was ok just not much flavor. I know kiosks are good sometimes but don't take away the personal touches.

The only mistake was going through the drive through and not realizing what I ordered had cabbage in it. I couldn't see that detail on the order board in the drive through. When I got home I ended up spending a lot of time removing cabbage. That stuff hates my stomach. I kept thinking if I had gone in where I might have asked. I really didn't expect to find cabbage in Mexican food. It's not a normal addition.

It's been years since I've eaten at Taco Bell. Food is ok. Service was quick. It's a lot more expensive than I remember. What used to be a $5 combo box is now $10. All in all, it's a place I would probably go if there was one in the area and I was hungry for a burrito, but probably not somewhere I would actually go out of my way to go to

Next Time I step into a this place I better feel like the CEO of Taco Bell. Food was not wrapped properly and was a mess when I opened it up. Also I ordered a drink and they didn’t hand me my drink they walked away and I had to call them back for my drink and I also seen them do the same thing with other customers.

When im the last customer of the night and I ask for no lettuce and the lady reads back my order and says no lettuce and I get home taco bell is closed at this point sit down and all my food has lettuce on it how do you screw up so

Wow the drive thru lady was so friendly and attentive and got our order perfectly correct and it was still warm and good after a 45 minute drive.But the lady running that drive thru was awesome and I appreciate her service.
