Me and my family came by for dinner. We waited for the normal time for food and the service was good and I ordered a filet medium with broccoli and when they brought my steak out it was charred so bad on the outside it was not edible and the broccoli was over cooked and soggy. i returned the steak and the manager came an apologized and brought me a new steak but the second steak was cooked fine on the outside but totally raw on the inside, The cook here does not know how to grill steaks and they advertise that their a steak house ?? soggy vegetables ?? they should been thrown out and they should cooked a new batch. i am sure they would not have wanted to eat there own food!

Mu husband and I met up here while our teens were at a gathering. While extremely busy for a Friday night a table for two is easily secured. Janzen, our server, was excellent. She was not surprised by our ask of double side salads. Nor did she make excuse when the wrong steak came out. She apologized, moved on, and got the right one out. Steaks were cooked correctly and our server and managers were attentive. We were glad we got there earlier in the evening because there was quite a noticeable wait as we left. Would go back to this location.

I dont normally leave negative reviews unless its needed, and in this case I feel I need to. Yesterday Nov 14th I came to this specific location which I find to be the better of the 2 that are closest. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye medium rare and double veggie. When the steak came out I couldn't believe how small it was and thin. Due to the thin cut it was actually done but not well done, and definitely more chewy. I did bring it up to both the manager and waitress. No I did not expect a comp and nor did I send it back. I explained i had just been to the same place a couple weeks ago and it was a night and day difference. Will I go back, absolutely, but definitely be on the look out because theyre either cutting them wrong or their distributor is cheating them becausefor $94 plus tip at $112 i expect more becausethis has happenedmore than this occasion. I ate a medium cooked ribeye steak, with 2 sides being a side salad and green beans. With a large cold beer. It was 3 weeks ago, but I think my total was something like $24 give or take. The service was very good, and the wait to get a table was pretty quick.

On the way home from vacation and stopped to get a bite for my dad's birthday 🎉🎉🎉 what can i say ...It's Roadhouse and those who know it love it or don't care for it but me and mine could eat a good steak and potatoes from here everyday if it was possible. Also waitress did a great job tonight.... Thank you Dina! 😊
The best Texas Roadhouse I've been to. Not crowded, friendly staff, food was on point, and we got a free appetizer coupon from our hotel. I'm not sure what more I could've asked for or expected? I'd go back

The food is great at Texas Roadhouse. It’s always crowded and not great for large groups. Service is always okay but not great. The website allows you to call ahead seating and it’s worth doing!

My wife and I went on the 3rd of January. We were promptly seated. Our server Joanna was very friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. Our food was delicious, and service was excellent.

We are going to this place on average once a month most of the time the food is very good. But it happens when it is not eatable and this time that is what happens. The stake was very chuwe, and the dray like has been cooked in the microwave .We did not like to complain to the manager. I know we should.
