My wife and I went on the 3rd of January. We were promptly seated. Our server Joanna was very friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. Our food was delicious, and service was excellent.

We are going to this place on average once a month most of the time the food is very good. But it happens when it is not eatable and this time that is what happens. The stake was very chuwe, and the dray like has been cooked in the microwave .We did not like to complain to the manager. I know we should.

Ordered to go. Food was delicious, steak cooked to perfection. No complaint there. However, I am a condiment person. I got no gravy for my tenders. We had no ranch for our fried jalapeños. No ketchup for our fries. No napkins and no plasticware. Rolls were delicious as always.

We were looking for a quick, convenient meal and decided to try this spot since it was within walking distance of our hotel. Ordering online was simple, and the food was ready on time for pickup — so far, so good.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The catfish was a huge disappointment. The menu advertised three pieces, but what we received looked like one piece sliced into three small, flimsy fillets. Not only was it a poor value for the price, but the fish wasn’t even fried properly. It was soggy, undercooked, and unappetizing.
I ordered the country fried steak, but it was so overcooked that it was inedible. The breading was hard and burnt, making it impossible to enjoy. I ended up giving it to our dogs, and thankfully, *they* were happy with it.
To add to the frustration, he ordered a baked potato with extra chives and bacon — both of which we paid extra for — but neither were included. The macaroni and cheese was another letdown. It was cold, bland, and lacking any real cheesy flavor.
What made it even more disappointing was the fact that we tipped in advance when placing the order, only to receive missing items and poorly prepared food. It’s rare that we feel the need to ask for a refund, but this experience left us with no choice. Thankfully, we were able to get a full refund for the entire order.

We have been here several times. food is usually good. Today it is barely 50 degrees outside, cloudy and a cold north wind. We order our food then we ask three different people(one was a manager) to please turn off ceiling fans that are on high, very cold and air conditioner running. Our waitress tells us they said they would turn off fans in a while but they never did. Our food came , we ate fast and got to go boxes and left! Why in the world on such a cold day they have their place so cold !! Do not think we will go again as customers do not seem to be the priority , only money ! Comfort is key in a restaurant and we were certainly not comfortable !

Roadhouse is hads down the best steakhouse in the DFW, period. I say that because it remains affordable, the food has never let me down as far as quality and portion size. The steaks are without a doubt tender, flavorful and aways exactly as ordered. When ever asked where I want to go to dinner, I ALWAYS say Texas Roadhouse.
Parking: Very fun atmosphere and the staff are always energetic and full of smiles.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Ordered food last night to-go, laying in a hospital bed desperate for some actual substance only to receive a grilled chicken salad with no chicken. How they forgot the main part of the dish is beyond me 💀 16$ for a salad with egg and onion is kinda crazy. It even said “grilled chicken salad” on the lid. Not to mention missing plasticware and dressings 😬 I get shit happens but at least try to make it a little less inconvenient 😁

That's a -3. What happened to the customer service? Pretty much non-existent! Which is unheard of here in Weatherford. Even Longhorn gave me better customer service than your establishment. So, that's pretty pathetic! Guess I'll stick with Beefmasters. They blow you away!

Alvino is no loner bartending, he was the best and gave such good service. I came and sat at the bar did not get greeted until 10 minutes later, left and won't be back.
