I don't often comment on fast food but making an exception. I've been eating lunch at this Wendy's once a week for a couple of months or more. For consistency, quality, and friendly staff it's by far the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The team appears to run like a well oiled machine. Very impressive, (especially the food quality). Mikayla was working through the drive-thru. Her interaction was five stars. My coffee tasted not so fresh and she was quick to make me another cup. She is very professional. I worked in the hospitality industry for years and if I owned a local restaurant she would be my manager. This Wendy's location is always so spot on.

Ordered at the drive thru, card machine went down, completely understand it, wasn’t mad or rude. Told them we were gonna get cash from the atm and be back, came back like 5 minutes later if that and had to reorder our food, because they already trashed it, than the lady who took our order, her name was, Tabitha, she THREW my sisters change at her practically. Super unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for someone who seems to be the manager. If I could give 0 on the service I would.
