Everytime I go to this damn place they get it wrong. The one in the middle of town by Taco Casa is SOOO much better. Y’all get my order wrong every time and y’all have bad customer service. I don’t ever write reviews but Jesus Christ it’s so bad I had to.

I ordered curbside and waited in my car for 20 minutes before I finally decided to go inside only for the guy behind the counter to go around the corner and grab my food?? My drink was wrong and my fries and burger were cold. Sure I get it if yall are busy but there was 1 person inside and no one in the drive through when I pulled up. He said something about screens but the screens looked fine to me.

we went to Whataburger around 11:00 PM today and when we arrived, we were originally there to get shakes and they had let us know that the shake machine was down and then we resorted to getting some burgers we got us all (4) burgers. And every single burger that we got was wrong in some way one of those burgers had a long gray hair we had the general manager come over and look at the food and then he repeated out loud “Karen Karen Karen”, as in the Manager, who was working he then proceeded to have her try to remake her order when we had told him we just wanted a refund and everything would be fine. They refunded the wrong burger just so happened to be cheaper than the one that had the hair in it. I’ll put pictures down so you can look for yourself. We pulled the hair out of the burger and it was cooked into the cheese and The patty not only that, but the other three sandwiches were completely half ass made And got the orders completely incorrect the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and lazy, and as we were sitting there waiting for our refund the Manager, (Karen) Came up to work the front and was sitting there laughing about how they have already had to remake five of the orders that night. Seems reoccurring. They have completely lost our business and I hope the health department gets involved.

When ordering in the drive-thru, my large drink had too little ice and the LARGE fries I ordered were equivalent to a Medium. Despite the good service, how good the food is, or how quick I got my order, I'm not gonna order Breakfast at any of the Whataburgers in this town. (Pic below is the amount of fries I got. Never touched it before getting home)
