Ordered doordash delivery from here....not complicated, 3 sandwiches, french fries and onion rings... When the order arrived it was missing my burger which was my main meal... I had to call doordash to get a redelivery which is a fiasco... by then I had to eat cold fries while I was waiting on my burger to arrive.... I don't know why it's so hard to check the items you are putting in a sealed bag???!!! it's not rocket science or hard to count to 5 for that matter... Excuses are irrelevant to me after a hard day... Not to mention the fact that I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT for my dinner that didn't arrive is infuriating.... The next Burger that arrived which was mine, after my husband had already gotten to eat his by his self, looked like shit...So now I'm left with the assumption that nobody cares....which is inexcusable if you are selling food to the public... absolutely freaking RIDICULOUS....I'm sure everyone working there would be pissed if this happened to them... This location has really gone down hill. Every time I come here now something is wrong, the food is just terrible, or they give you the wrong order, or give your order to the wrong person, and you have to wait for them to remake your food.

I came to this whataburger about 20pm tonight and had just had my wallet fly out of my back pocket while riding on the highway on my motorcycle. Having lost my money, a kind man offered me 10 to eat. When the total came out to 10.94 Mr Joe, the cashier taking my order. Pulled out his personal card and paid the rest of the change for me to eat. I'm so thankful and will definitely come back because of mr. Joe. Thank you!

When is about 1:30. On Wednesday the 23rd of july. Service was terrible manager just standing talking to a man in the booth. Not helping get orders out are fixed orders Lazy empathetic service no greeting nothing. One man waiting on a milkshake for a long time. Never got it the machine was broke. I waited and never thank you. Or will be with you shortly

They slow I went at 6am on Wednesday 7/16 my break is only 30 minutes they are 4 minutes from my job they took up my whole entire break in the drive thru and it was only one other person in front Me im so piss off 20 minutes the damn drive thru with 2 customer and full staff is ridiculous
