Absolutely love this place! We are here every single weekend. Just like any other breakfast place on the weekend, you will be waiting anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the time. We love their breakfast burritos, omelets, biscuits & gravy, their huge pancakes and they have the best coffee. For the most part the staff is always great and attentive. However, there are times where we don't really get checked up on and we need salsa/ coffee/ creamer, but Alexis is ON TOP OF IT. We love when she's around, she is great and friendly. Honestly, we get such a great experience every time she helps us and i think that's why we keep going back as well.

Food is always delicious and the service is great every time! Gets pretty busy on weekends so be ready for a small wait but you will not be disappointed one bit. Alexis always takes care of my wife and I when we go but overall the entire staff is super friendly and helpful!Food: 5/5

Excellent food! Very friendly staff! Unfortunately, no ghostly experience ? The banana nut sandwiches were really good! The quiche was excellent!Parking: Parking is tight and sparse! It's doable but be prepared to walk if you must park further away.

LOVE IT! This cafe is convenient, charming, delicious food and great, friendly service.I had the Monte Cristo WITH the yummy raspberry/cayenne jam. While it is not friend like the traditional Monte Christo, ALL the flavor was there and I highly recommend it.My side of fresh fruit was slightly softer than I like but was still refreshing.Great coffee and the blackberry cobbler looked amazing.... It was a huge portion! (I was full from the sandwich otherwise I would have tasted my friend's cobbler!)Parking can be an issue, so look behind the square for parking spaces.I am new to the area but the Whistle Hill's Downtown Cafe is high on my list for brunch & lunch! (They close at 2 pm.)

I just walked out of this place and I’m sitting in my truck writing this. First off the wait staff is incredible. They’ve always been very nice and helpful. I ordered a “Meat me” omelet and asked if I could get just the omelet without any of the other things that came with it. I was told “sure”. I also ordered a side of bacon. I was SHOCKED when I went to pay and it was $18! I was charged full price even though I didn’t get half the items. I’ve been coming here for a while now and this will be my last time. Greedy people don’t care about customers and I’m sure nothing will change

The Cafe food and service--OUTSTANDING!! Hamburgers, chicken salad, home-style atmosphere was incredible. This corner cafe is GREAT !! However, an advertised Weatherford City Peach Festival had no peaches on display anywhere after 11:30 am. Only reference to peaches was signs pointing in a direction and upon arriving..a sign saying sorry we are out of peaches.?? Festival was 8am-4pm. A lot of booths similar to a flea market and some trucks with corndogs and peach slushy drinks, but that was it. Chamber of Commerce was open and upon my inquiry at 12:30 they only said "Sorry you'll have to come back next year a little earlier". We drove 2 hours to get there. Was able to go to the Weatherford Farmer's Market; relatively close (1/10th mile on edge of town square) and they had tons of peaches and was the farm that supplies the festival with their peaches (according to the Chamber of Commerce). Think next time we will be going to Fredericksburg which has better coordinated events and festivals.

Such a cute historic place! Built in the 1900s. Got a big country bowl of oats. Service is great, mom and pop local. Definitely make a stop here

Stopped at Whistle Hill for lunch. Love their Tomato basil soup, it’s very tasty and served hot. Tried Reuben sandwich and thought the sauerkraut was perfectly prepared, just the right tartness and with the thousand island dressing, rye bread & pastrami, the flavors all went well together and made for a great sandwich. Definitely enjoyed the side salad, it had a mango, balsamic dressing & was refreshing & tasty. Service was friendly, quick & helpful.

The food is even better tasting than it looks on the website! The coffee was fresh and the food was hot. Great place for breakfast! We're planning to come back for lunch sometime soon!

the cook definitely knows how to cook to order..I hope it wasn't a fluke we will see next time we go there if the food is just as good the next time.

We have eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed. We've had breakfast and lunch. The breakfasts are outstanding. All cooked to order. Their chicken-fried steaks are absolutely the best, which is hard to do around here for two reasons: first, it is one of the 4 food groups in Texas (gravy is a beverage in Texas and across the South), and second, a lot of restaurants do chicken-fried steaks, so competition is fierce. Highly recommend you stop by for a meal, but come hungry. If you leave hungry,it's your own fault!

I would give this business 6 stars if I could. Beautiful place. Excellent service and food is very good.If travelling through Weatherford, be SURE to have a meal here. Support local and get your money's worth.

We went there today for lunch. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. They were totally full. That is a good thing. The wait was well worth it. The food was great. The staff was super. All the ladies worked as a team. We live in Grand Prairie but if we go to Weatherford again we know a great place to eat. Thanks ladies for the wonderful service and wonderful meal.

Service was slow… it took 55 minutes for three people to get food. The waitress who took our order didn’t know their menu. I wanted their chicken fried chicken and pancakes. That’s all the menu stated. When I ordered it, the waitress proceeded to tell me that it’s chicken fried steak “but they’ll make an exception for me”. When we finally got our food, it wasn’t worth the price or wait. Pancakes were dry and the chicken was tough. $56 and a 55 minutes wait later… I will most definitely never recommend this place or step foot in this establishment again.
