Stopped at this location to grab food for my kids. Ordered 2 of the 2piece chicken strip kid meals. The young man at the counter tried to change the kid drink and fries to regular size drink and fries without asking me. It would’ve charged me extra for both of those upgrades, when I noticed in the screen I told him no that I just wanted the kid size things that came with it. He apologized and said his BOSS “Belinda” tells him to do that. So we’re up charging people for things they didn’t ask for? I firmly believe this is something they’re doing to EVERYONE to make more money. I’m sure I probably still would’ve gotten the kid sizes regardless. Shame on you Belinda.

Came in 19 Oct @ 1245 on my home and I had a feeling like I was forgotten but it was ok. The employees were friendly and professional. I can see everyone was working hard to keep business good for the other customers. I’m glad i stopped at this DQ to use my gift card.

I wait about 5-10 minutes for my food. Jacob Franks is an amazing cook. He works as hard as he can. Ruth Franks is also an amazing cook. they work together and make sure the costumers are satisfied. The front is well managed and has k always happy to come.

I was traveling on I-10 E and kept seeing DQ billboards which of course made my hungry, so my little dog & I stopped for a snack. Went through the drive thru and the staff was nice & friendly.

Terrible. Waited thirty minutes and then my child’s food was wrong! Took another twelve minutes to get a kid’s burger remade. Then waited up front for another ten minutes for someone to come and take the kids ice cream coupons from me to be able to get those. Drinks weren’t working up front, but no one told us so we went with one of the very few options they had, only to discover later that they had all the other regular drink options available behind the counter, which no one told us. This is the worse Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms we’re disgusting as well.
