Even though it's small and connected to gas station, this place packs big flavors! I stopped in for breakfast while waiting for my car service. There's a smattering of tables and booths that are all clean. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. There are about 6/8 breakfast options and 16/18 lunch/dinner plates. I had the Huevos Rancheros over easy. Everything was prepared perfectly. Good yolk and salsa, you could taste the chiles in every bite and the flour tortillas were fresh. Can't wait to try lunch next time I'm in the area.

We drove right past this place as it is in a gas station. I hesitated to go in but my friend encouraged me! Friendly greeting as we approached the counter. Menu is posted on the wall. Very clean. We ordered and the food was out in minutes. They brought out fresh chips that they make at the restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. We had a wonderful lunch at a very reasonable price

Well well well....how can I start this review??? All I can say is FABULOUS TACOS owner was SUPER friendly the cashier at the gas station (Los Toritos it's actually inside the Exxon) was gorgeous and nice , she was eating a quesadilla that looked DELICIOUS also but it was no way I could eat anything else , I would definitely come back.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

For a "gas station" restaurant this one is a good one. Had the vegetarian burrito and it was great. It was loaded with ripe avocados, refried beans and rice. Very tasty.

Passing through town and found this little gem. It is a simple approach but it works. Homemade flour tortillas, a variety of plates and the spicy salsa was very flavorful! This place is literally connected to a gas station with a huge variety of drinks (ahem...sweet tea). We will return!

According to the sign on the door, enforcing some ridiculous mask rules in a county with no mask mandate. Made it pretty clear they didn't want my business despite the fact the place was empty. Spent my money elsewhere.

Wow, I'm a little surprised. After reading 5 different 5 star reviews, I couldn't wait to try this place today. But to say the least, I left just a bit disappointed. When you walk in, you place your order at the counter. All of the choices are posted with pictures and prices on the wall. Cool. So I ordered the cheese enchilada plate and a drink. I then find out that they don't serve tea. No biggie for most folks probably, but Tex-Mex restaurants generally have great iced tea. So a Dr. Pepper with my enchiladas. Not the end of the world, but strike one. The food was ready quickly, but by then I realized no chips and salsa were served here either. Strike two in my book. Around these parts, Tex-Mex restaurants are often chosen because of their wonderful red and green salsa! All in all, the service was fast, the food was fine, and the lady was friendly, so I hate saying anything more negative about this place. They also seem to keep the place clean. So give it a try, and make your own judgement, but I'm used to a more traditional Tex-Mex restaurant, so I doubt a return visit is in order for me. Happy eating!

This by far the best place to eat in Weimar! The food was authentic and flavorful. It is connect to the side of a gas station but don't let that stir you away you wont regret coming here! If we need to make another stop from Houston to San Antonio I'm definitely stopping again for the menudo. This place does close early even on the weekends but I'm not sure what business flow is like during the week which could explain why they're closed early.

The food here is so delicious. Wonderful flavors, you can tell they take pride in their cooking. Very clean. Everything we have tried here has been good. Tamales, tacos, picadillo, fajita quesadillas, tacos al pastor....we will definitely be making this place at least a weekly destination.
